Yesterday I did beginning strength training part 1 and today I did the beginner strength training part 2. Thank you so much for putting these together. I appreciate your instructions for form and your encouragements along the way. At the end of the second video you talkwd about repeating the sequence three times. Will you be adding the third round to the video? I went back through the videos and listed the exercises so that I can do a third round on my own but like I said I do appreciate the reminders of form and encouragement. Thank you! Thank you!
Because it it for beginners I did not want to record 3 rounds. But hopefully it's easy enough to repeat the sequence one more time if you have worked up to that level. I hope you found these videos helpful on your journey to a stronger body and active life.
