MORE POST IV STEROID RECOVERY: ARACHNOIDITIS & SPINAL CSF LEAK - 6TH FEBRUARY 2021 

More about my recovery after the first two days of IV steroids (during a break over the weekend due to the hospital day case unit being shut). I start again on Monday with 3 more doses. Also some more information included on general #arachnoiditis #adhesivearachnoiditis symptoms too.
Feeling more towards my baseline pre-flare: 0:55
Managed to walk 1 1/2km: 2:00
Talking can flare my head: 2:15
Hot flushes with nausea: 2:45
Standing in one position too long flares my symptoms: 4:00
Standing or sitting in one position too long seems to increase my ICP (intracranial pressure)/ effect CSF flow 4:30
Other symptoms: Hand/ leg discolouration. Post shower rashes 6:40
