My ex is toxic she has money good job nice car but a lotta drama two kids and always argues and fights breakup on and off i then i was happier with this other chick that just layed around and just smoked all the time and didnt have a job or car or anything the one with money and nice stuff got me fired before but the one that layed up and just smoked a lot helped me get ready for work and even helped me put my hair up in a nice ponytail for work somehow the one with the car i wasted a lotta money and time the one who was just chill and layed around helped me make money and me and her never argued or fighted but she got arrested for she was in a fight with another girl is this normal is this a normal thing?
I was in a very toxic relationship with my fiancée that luckily did not result in marriage thanks to my small group of friends who saw her for what she is a gold digger and manipulator! She demanded a 5k engagement ring 💍 and wanted to wear and get this: A Red Wedding dress to a church ⛪️ wedding. She-Devil for sure! Glad my friends and family loved me enough to tell me straight that she was toxic and not worth my love and time.
I recently got out of a toxic marriage. Where if I came home late from church or getting groceries or the hardware store she automatically assumed I was flirting with another woman. And if we were talking about something it would turn around and become an argument where she would use my past relationships against me. I wish I would have known these signs sooner. Yup I dealt with the same thing. I am in grad school and my class ends at 7pm. One time I didn't text her after class and went to the grocery store. I called her on the way home and she accused me of cheating when all I did was buy food. Another time, we were on video chat and I was in the bathroom. She saw a towel that had been there for months yet assumed it was someone else's towel and accused me of cheating. Another time she saw hair in the shower that was from when my mom was visiting and she accused me of cheating. She also didn't like when I went to get treatment for a medical condition I have because of the female nurses there. And wouldn't want me to go to a study group because of potential females there. Oh and she went through my phone while I was in the shower and blew up on me because of a text from a female classmate related to a homework assignment. Ultimately, she dumped me and blamed me for everything when the truth is her insecurity ruined everything
Mines would snatch my phone and go through it all the time especially when I was sleep then make up anything when I was doing nothing or hiding anything snh
I am in a relationship that is...hard. I am always in the blame. Everything is my fault. I can't do anything in my own life. I have to always be available to her. She puts me down for my own problems and personal life instead of helping me or making me feel better about it. For example, I am extremely poor. All my life I have been poor. I live in a trailer and my room is literally 3 feet tall. And she is very rich. And she always makes me feel bad about being poor. Yesterday I complimented her clothing which was some black and white pattern leggings with a white and black hoodie with a butterfly and I said it matches well and looks nice and she called me a dumb retard because I don't have enough money to get expensive clothing to understand fashion. Yeah. This whole relationship has been going for two years and I've been trying to help her get over this bs she is doing. it works then it goes back to normal. I'm in love and I can't stop it. I need help to stop this.
Split up 3 weeks ago. It was only a 4 month relationship but she was always annoyed at me for no reason and kept saying that I said stupid things. She did nothing with her life. I would always travel to see her. And she would come down for a couple of hours down my way and would moan she’s tired and go home. She also said she never cared about my hobbies. My girlfriend isn't a social media craze, but she's constantly negative, literally makes me do everything for her but will never lift a finger to help me, changes the subject when I talk, never listens to simple things. I've been dating this girl for 2 years and she has many signs of Toxic behavior. One thing I noticed very early on ,and she has not stopped this ,is her complete is complete overwhelming praise for herself and the fact that she thinks she is unbelievable unbelievable the best. She compliments herself constantly. I'll say that's a good idea. I guarantee you 100% she'll come back with I know because I'm amazing. Not just with me but in front of people and and it seems really immature and obnoxious
I watched your first video and this one. This is my first time finding out that I’m a toxic gf. I was trying to look up why I, as well as other women, can get so angry all the time over pretty petty things at times and can’t let it go. It feels like a ball of rage in my head and chest and even though at the time, my thoughts are saying it’s no big deal and I’m having one of those episodes and I need to stop, my anger is in control. and came across this. This is a pretty disheartening thing to realize and I have no clue how to control it. My anger is THE hardest things in my life to control. I have gotten better over the years and clearly attempt to do even better based on what I was originally searching for, I’m looking for help and want to understand. I believe it came from things in my child hood. My brother is the same way. How many of us are running around not knowing we are the toxic one. I don’t even know anymore.

If you attempt to dump a Toxic girl you could be in for a very rude awakening! I had this happen to a close friend of mine. They could literally become very Psychotic! Remember the movie Fatal Attraction from the 80's
They constantly invade your privacy, despite wanting your trust. They claim that you embarrass them in front of friends, family, work associates, etc. They exclude you from events or plans constantly, often claiming you are invited yet lie about the date and time or claim it is canceled yet they carry on with it anyway but exclude you. They always act like you owe them or they are doing you a favor for the smallest request, yet demand the moon from you. They make fun of you behind your back to an audience, they encourage friends and family to be disrespectful to you and get angry when you stand up to them.
She is physically there and therefore that’s enough for her to feel like she’s putting in effort. Always playing the victim. Hates talking about my feelings without arguing. The relationship to her is perfect and fine and no need to talk about things unless it’s on her terms. The more I shut down and the more miserable I am, the happier she is. It’s like the more beat down I am, the less fight I have, the happier she is.

Yeah, I failed to identify the signs early. My ex had a friend that wasn't a small lady but they would go on play dates with our kids. I didn't hear any thing about this friend for a while and thought they fizzled out. Any way, one day we were driving and we see her. My ex chuckled and said "wow, she getting bigger?" ( WOW!!! the judgemental part just started in the video) "I immediately told her aren't you working out to lose weight too and are you two friends? That's kinda messed up." The look she gave me was loaded with daggers.

You've given us a lot of valuable stuff here in just a few minutes. The business of flipping a switch is an often-used device to trap men (women too) -- from innocent little girl to psychopath in a heartbeat. I'm wondering: do people ever hire a private investigator to do an extensive background check on prospective mates to try to learn about the kinds of toxic things you described before the nuptials (I know it's expensive, but so is a divorce)? And what a fantastic reference to Greek mythology you used here -- the siren. Perfect! One way to try to get a handle on whether or not she's toxic is to see if she genuinely wants to be your friend. Ask yourself this simple question: "Is she my friend?" And go from there. An acquaintance of mine became ill once, and his girlfriend took time from her hectic schedule and drove on a congested interstate an hour each way to pick up his meds. Chances are only a good friend would do something like that.

What you were saying about letting line out, then back, etc., and of a woman not liking nice things being shown to her heart. All I can say is that it hurts.

I guess we both are tired of constant argument and drama. It even gets to the point where she hits me at one of those conflicts. Even though she said sorry after that. I don't blame her cause apparently im not easy to get along with sometimes. It's a surprise we are still together now but the resentment from both sides makes me think the breakup thing is just a matter of time for us. Sigh
Very on target. I fell for one that seemed to have a playbook just like what you described. I will say that knowing is good but not quite enough. Unfortunately. Knowing doesn’t magically turn off the magnitude of feelings you have for them. Regardless of how shallow they might actually be, it doesn’t exactly heal your heart

There are several possible reasons why that happens. It can be a form of manipulation or it can be low self worth. Either way it's impossible to have a healthy relationship with someone like that. Thanks for watching!

I feel like my ex may be toxic. -she’s very judgemental of ppl, yet hates to be judged -she tried to control which females I add on social media -she went thru my phone multiple times -every time I try and check her about her behavior, she tells me I don’t have to be here. -she’s called me really disrespectful names. -she ADMITTED being toxic, but says she’s “fine with it for now” I’ve never been perfect. But I never cheated, I don’t disrespect her or talk down on her. We dated almost 4 years 😕. And the sad thing is I’m still in love with her
Are you me?! I feel like I went through the same thing, but she also hit me quite often. Falling out of love with people like that is hard. I would suggest looking up trauma bonding. Its helped me out a lot and it may help you. You dont need people like that in your life. I promise you, you're much better off without her.

I dated a girl for 1 year and about 4 months long-distance. Halfway through the relationship she met another guy and we had many discussions on whether or not she should leave me for him. Towards the end of our relationship, she got him to work at the same store with her and she started going to his house every single day for about two weeks, where she would lay on his bed, smoke weed with him, among other things. She constantly spoke to her friends about whether or not to leave me for him, but I was the one who had to end the relationship because she wouldn't respect my boundaries - which were that it wasn't okay to spend so much alone time with someone she already had history with. Am I in the wrong here?

I was happily married for 30 yrs to an amazing woman. I've been a widower for 5 yrs. Last year, I began dating a drop dead gorgeous woman. Starting out, she did and said all of the right things.. two months into the relationship, she flipped to the complete opposite. I believe in chivalry and tried to use it with her. She refused and accused me of being weak. She refused my attempts to romance her. She was critical about everyone including her own kid's and eventually it turned to me. I put up with it for 3 months and tried to break up 3 times. The 4 th time was a charm..

@@CoachMelannie just venting perhaps, but I just ended a relationship... All of the red flags were there screaming at me, but I overlood them all up untill she started yelling at me. I feel so duped by myself, because I clearly remember stating to her: I choose to love you. And I did, right up untill she abused me emotionally and gradually killed any love I had for her.
