used mine for 1st time the other day, brilliant, simple and clear distance information, so valuable for me as i have been poor at estimating distances, pretty good vfm, also very good communication with shot scope themselves over some questions i had, cheers

Great review and I also think the V3 is a big improvement in size, looks, batttery life, charger, pre set courses. Noticed more editing because sometimes not used clubs showed up and on the putting green sometimes only the number of putts without distances. And that was the case with the V3 of my wife and mine. Maybe that is caused because we now both use a shotscope V3 watch and sometimes standing in the proximity of each other. Never had that with my V2.. Why don’t u use positional shot while editing when you use for example a 6 iron to chip or punch out from under trees etc. Than that shot won’t count in distance statistics.

Great review here.... just to ask if we already hit the actual shot and then we hit another shot for just practice. Anyhow we can correct by not recording the practice shot?

Can you preview the hole with the V3 or the app while playing? E.g. if you have a dog leg, and expect to drive 270, what line do you need to take over the trees?

How do you think this watch compares to the Garmin S62? Which is more accurate? Which gives better info on how far you hit your clubs? Which would you buy?

Trying to decide on this watch and the Arccos system. Which do you think is more beneficial? The only thing I don't really like about the Arccos is that it has a subscription.

Hi I've got a counter balanced super stroke on my putter, can the trackers still be used??

how does it tell you carry distances, as opposed to total. Can you load the app on your phone and PC?

2 questions: Can you turn off the watch, so the battery wouldn't run low? Some TomTom watches can't be turned off. And does the watch automatically shows your strike distance while you are on the course? That would be helpfull when you search your ball in the rough.

If you chip with an 8 iron around the green, it's going to bring down your average distance with that club. Is there a way to alert the system or something to not count a 10 yard chip when it's calculating your 8 iron distance?

Does this pick up practice swings as actual shots? That's always put me off these sorts of things.

Great product but my watch band broke and u can't get a replacement on company's website. Pretty poor planning on their part
