More Than Refugees 

Thanks for your wonderful report. I'm going to play it at my English class as I have students interested in migrants experiences and their stories are more than helpful to understand and integrate them better in our society.

Both are doing fine.

Their both stories are too painful to watch. I hope they are both receiving support to process all of this.

Solidarity

Migrant Help answers the phone after one hour and then again over an hour to transfer to the advice & guidance team. One of my friends applied for section 95, she is getting a reply from Migrant Help they did not upload documents yet, and nor applied to the Home Office. It is clearly mentioned in the form 14 days prior to informing for support while Migrant Help does not realise how people are struggling. Each customer service has a different reply. They are taking more charity, grants but do not spend on eligible people. They have written bla bla... in their website but actual not delivering. I have had a chance to speak to many asylum seekers in the church they are all having the same issues.
