I’d say it’s more like getting the car, investing money into it but then you find out the frame/subframe is completely rusted and they never told you. Now you can’t drive your car safely and they never told you so you are entitled to a refund under the lemon laws in most cases

He got 130k back then bought another account for 15k. So if he came out with 115k and still has a whale account that sounds good to me.
