According to Intel Ark, the N95, N100, & N200 are single channel memory only. The difference between the N100 and N200 are the max turbo frequency (3.4 vs 3.7) and iGPU execution units (24 vs 32) with the max iGPU speed the same. I'd be interested in seeing the difference between the N95 and the N100 in terms of iGPU performance because the N95 has a higher TDP (15W vs 6W) and the iGPU speed can go up to 1.2GHz vs 750MHz on the N100/N200. It does have less execution units (16 vs 24) compared to the N100, but that's why I'm curious on which performs better and if it's worth the extra TDP overhead (heat and power usage).

Even the i3-N305 and i3-N300 have single channel memory, despite having 8 cores and "Core" branding. These CPUs are a nice uplift in some cases, but will fall completely flat in others. When it uses single channel DDR4 it can have less bandwidth than Jasper Lake.

I think the EUs cap out at 32. Then again, it is only an issue with more than 80EUs, a i7-1260p Iris Xe graphics will become UHD with 1 stick of RAM so it isn't that concerning. But perhaps only the DDR5/LPDDR5 models is worth getting due to the dual 32-bit channels.

I stopped at about 25 simultaneous streams and this thing was chugging along just fine. Not bad, still beats a win600. Not sure what Intel trying to do by limiting all gracemont cpus to single channel though. Some of the cheaper/oldest Ryzen mini PCs might be a better choice for abit more.

There won't be any dual-channel models. All the new Intel "Processor" branded processors are single channel only. Everything from the N50, N97, N100, N200, core i3-N300, core i3-N305 are all single channel. Intel intentionally crippled the Alder-Lake N processors to prevent competition with their higher priced product.

So, Intel discontinued Celeron & Pentium names & simply rebranded them as N-series processors? Ok, but removing dual-channel RAM support? I can sense that Intel simply wants us to chip in more money & jump straight with i3 & i5 new gen series.
