I have been suffering for 40 years with pinched nerve pain and poor posture pain resulting with the hump in the back of my neck..I just found y'all video last week and have been doing these exercises every morning and I have noticed a really big difference in my posture and having less pain .. I will be watching all y'all videos now..Y'all are truly a Doctor who cares ..THANK Y'ALL KINDLY SIR !!!

I've been doing this routine daily for the past 6 months with some other exercises. It's been very effective. My neck is much less stiff and my entire upper body feels much more flexible. My posture has improved a lot. Thank you very much, Dr. Mandell for sharing your knowledge and for helping people to live a more healthy life.

It helped me a lot with my pinched nerve pain. No doctor helped me, no one. They only gave me painkillers , that was all. Thanks so much, Dr Mandell! Now I am almost healthy again.

I graduated college and started my first real job which was a lot of sitting at a desk on a computer. Just shy of being there a year, I wake up one morning and sit-up in bed feeling dizzy as hell. I felt drunk and my eyes were slow to focus after I would look left or right. It scared the crap out of me. After thinking I had severe sinus congestion from the pressure feeling in the ears and the dull headaches and pain around and behind the eyes, I went and got a CT scan. Sinuses were clear so then I was wondering what the hell else could be wrong. Turns out I had developed such bad forward head posture from my first year at work since I went from being up and active all my years before to sitting like crap 8 hours a day. I still have things to correct but I’ve identified the tightness and strain in my traps and base of the back of my skull and have started feeling much better. Not going to lie, I started not caring about anything because I always felt like crap and figured my life would never be normal again. Thank god for these videos.

I just found this posture exercise. I have a reputation for good posture, but I experience stiff neck often. I tried these exercises as a trial. Liked it and planned to use it each morning. The real convincer was next morning in my normal head down movement, I felt no neck pain as usual!! Today is my 2nd day...this is a simple, short daily way to start the day!! Thank you, Dr. Mandell!

Two months with severe vertigo and head and neck pain, after a whiplash incidence , two sessions with this video all gone and back to normal. I'm 75. Thank you so much. 👍

I agree not only that the info Dr gives does allow one to be more responsible for their body... Less dependant on doctors. True we have to receive the info but the outcome is our decision making. Thank you Dr for the info 😊 under Dr Mandel teachings my results have been spot on.

Dear dr. Mandell, I have a C5-C6 herniated disc, and exercise twice EVERY DAY to Your routine. It has changed my life- my neck and back feel great, and all the pain is gone. I fractured my spine and have some compression.At one time I was in so much pain and was bent double. I'm gradually straightening but my head is forward. Going to do your excercises regularly .I really believe in you so 'Thank You'

Thank you Dr. Mandell. After one session, I immediately felt pain free in my upper back muscles. After just one week, doing these stretches once a day before or after exercise, my shoulders are not slumping, my arms are becoming more toned, and my neck is elongated. So easy yet so effective. Thank you again :)

Brilliant set of exercises they really improve neck pain and stiffness and I always find I am walking more upright as I have become very round shouldered which appears to affect my digestion. I do them most mornings now.

Like to share yr knowledge on every thing on diet,food, excercises health n name it.U r so loving n sharing to the world for free.we don't have to seek anywhere else.Especially 4 the less fortunate we can't.afford the expensive health n professional help.U r guiding us on Ytube 4 us to follow so easily. Dr. Mandell, This is so much of a God sent to me. You don't realise how much your posture exercises have helped an old 38 year lower back injury. Along with treatment from my Chiropractor, and combining his exercises and yours I can finally feel a correction in my whole body. Even though I still have a lot more to overcome, it's been great feeling great for a change. Thank You!!

Thank you for putting out this video. I've only been doing the stretches for about a week or so, but I can already see a difference. I did some routine housework that would normally put my into agony for days, and I was completely normal. I only had minor muscle aches. The same kind a normally abled person would get when they did something they don't normally do. It made me cry with happiness that I was able to be more normal! I can't thank you enough.

Thank you Doc .. You’re exercises are God send. Timely. I have started on all your exercises. I who have not been on a proper long drive will be going soon doing all your exercises My 26 Th Wedding Anniversary is nearing but I can’t go to any place as lot of car rides are there or it’s hiking and my family loves it. But due to my cervical issues we can’t go anywhere But things are changing I am on Calcium and Magnesium Supplements. Vit D B 12 and Bingo. All your Exercises are making me feel Good and ready for a Longest car Drive God Bless you ..

Genius! Cervical radiculapathy and pinched nerve. Massage helps for about a few hours and the next day everything is all knotted up again. Been viewing your videos and they are helping alot!! Thank you God bless you!!

Thank you this video is so good !!! Instead of morning exercise I'm gonna use for sleeping it's 330am now after doing this exercise it wore me out. I usually just row my shoulders and neck after I get up but stretching made a big difference , Thank you ! This will give me a good rest. You are such a blessing. Love and peace!!!

Hello Dr. Mandell, great exercises for the neck, I had 3 months ago a 1 level ACDF surgery at the c6 - c7 (fracture caused by a sport accident). These stretches (some done carefully) help me increase my neck angle range. Great thing you do here, got a lot of helpful information these past months. Many thanks!

Awesome! Love it! Doing this routine during some of my 15 minute breaks off the computer(sit all day at computer job). One issue, to follow along we need to pause the video in order to complete the particular exercise for the entire allotted time. Can you please do more follow-along type videos like this where you perform a group of exercises slowly so we can follow along for the entire 15, 20 sec. etc.? This is great, keep up the good work and God Bless!
