Thanks so much I do so much strength and cardio exercise that I forget to do mobility and flexibilty. You're my actual hero this worked pretty effectively. It makes my martial art stances and movement a whole lot better, it feels like an upgrade.

I normally don't comment or subscribe but you are just too nice to say no too! I literally feel loved and happy when exercising through your videos. I've been searching for videos for more than a week now, trying to select a channel to follow for Exercise. I only recently decided to exercise due to a bit of a belly gain, and I've been loving your channel ever since I stumbled upon it a week ago! I love the way you address us and encourage us! Your instructions are easy to follow and understand and I don't have to keep my eyes on the laptop all the time while following them unlike in other videos. I do get confused between when to breath in and out, so if you mention those more, it would help! Looking forward to browsing and following more of your videos!
This is a very good workout to do every morning and limber up your body for the day ahead. I have been doing it every day for about a year now and I'm hooked. I laugh every time when Caroline says do you ever feel like your 110? I'm 71 and I hope I will still be doing this when I am 110!
Hi, Im doing this again 3 days in ago and i always get confused at exercise at 5.40 which the first 2 reps I get Bend, heels, lift then lower but later in that exercise then from around 5.50 onwards you drop the feet first first's where the video has been edited I got confused, would really appreciate if you can take a look at that section of this whole exercise only - pile squat with ankle mobility only this entire exercise in this video) Thank you as I'm recovering from achille tendiniopathy from 4 years plus arthritis in feet. Thank you so much love your mobility videos -this being my favourite!!
THIS was def NEXT-LEVEL excellent and a routine I've been wishing for!! Your routine has things missing from other workouts of all kinds. I would just say it's all-levels since it is challenging even for fit people depending on where they may be missing mobility/stability. Thank you!

Thank you so much! I became super sedentary with my past job. Unfortunately, it was super difficult for me to get out of that! It became so daunting to start a workout routine when I was super achy already. Thankfully I realized I needed to start with the basics!... MOBILITY!!! Thank you so much for this routine. I have a really painfu SI joint on left and tight glute problems when I wake up. I've been doing this routine all week and it really helps me to feel less stiff before work. Definitely one to continue!
This is great! Thanks Caroline! My work is very physical and I've been looking specifically for a mobility routine to add to my morning and after shift along with my existing stretch routine. This feels perfect for the job! Also, you and your videos really helped me not lose sight of what I could still do physically during the pandemic here in Canada where all the gyms were locked down for a fair while. I don't know how well I'd have coped without your routines when I couldn't think anymore but wanted to workout and needed a guide to follow. I sometimes went through your videos on and off for hours with breaks for water and smoothies when nothing in life made sense but movement and trying to regain strength. You are making a difference with your movement as medicine and your positive vibes!

Good morning! Beautiful video. Although I can't touch my toes and one of knees hurt maybe arthritis I was so happy to do this with you! I had an ankle injury 4 year achilles tendinopathy and due to reduced mobility gained a lot of weight, now re starting my fitness journey. Hope to do this daily and will report back (if ok) on my mobility as I progress overtime. Thank you
