Stretching is such an adrenaline or saratonin rush my kicks are higher now I dance for health and while standing I can now stretch my leg to a collar bone height. This is progress about a year ago I could barely touch my toes lol now I am dropping into splits after flexibility training for at least a year and it's so impressive to drop into the splits like you do I guess people don't expect a man to do the split but I like to be different then cookie cutters
Hey Jerome, i am a fan of your channel. Can you comment/make a video on conditioning for people focusing on barbell training (including olympic training for novices). I have hard time to know how much conditioning (actual times per week and how much each time) and what kind of conditioning at what intensity is required for maximal benefit at barbell training. I have always been dubious of prolonged cardio and feel that it doesnt do anything by itself for health, so i appreciate if you can make a comprehensive video about this issue, and suggested plans (PS my gym does not have any kind of strongman equipment like sleds, prowlers etc). thanks so much
Hey Jerome! Great idea, I'd like to see more of these follow-along workouts. Maybe you could do it with a voice-over and more like a steady "flow" if you know what I mean. :)
Does it matter if you stretch your hamstrings with one leg out or both at the same time? Or reach right arm to right foot vs right arm to left foot in a single leg hamstring stretch?
Whatever you feel like doing. It is recommended to stretch in different angles, so also reach out crossing your legs, that is, reach the opposed leg with your hand (so left to right and right to left) as well as straight.
