Omg… I’m so thankful with you right now. I’m a colon cancer survivor and I have so many health issues that sometimes I give up on my diet or exercise. That’s awesome! I didn’t go thru the same things as you did, but I did have terrible motivation problems when it came to health and exercise. Her vids did the same for me! She has a couple of beginner friendly 10 minute workouts I switch between to switch it up so it won’t become boring

Thank you very much. I like it very much because it"s slow and controled, but effective. ❤️🌹 I'm 53 years old and ballet and pilates suit me best now, I'm tired of hiits, cardio , fitness and similar.

Hi, I'm a mo cap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful exercises on your channel. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me but those quick workouts at home are what I needed. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)

I live a mostly sedentary life and never exercised much growing up so this video was the perfect starting point for me as a true beginner. I was surprised to find I worked up a sweat so quickly but every exercise was completely doable at the same time. Thanks for making these!

❤❤❤❤ just want to say that you for the video and workout , I prefer the “Mood Boost” workout than this however after a while I noticed this workout is slower pace and can help me to adjust my mornings lazy body into a more flexible way via breathing and slow move , so now I love it 🥰

During COVID I had to get up at an ungodly hour. I was so evil and drowsy. I had to figure out what to do. I found morning workout routines way to rigorous for just getting out of bed and I was not about to do an hour workout! I would have to get up even earlier. These workouts were a few of the workouts that helped me sooooo much. I am still doing them now even though I don't have to get up at the crack of dawn anymore. They still help get the body ready for the day! 😃
