Honestly I remember this being a lot of fun as a kid and was actually pissed when MK9 retconned the story because I had to beat Blaze as goddamn Taven of all characters.
I think mk9 was in a whole separate timeline from 1-7 but I think Taven's ending is canon and that shao kahn just killed everyone and stole Blaze's power from them
Honestly what a time to be a kid and be able to get your hands on shaolin monks, mk deception, and mk Armageddon. Definitely top tier 3D era mks for the time and what they had the money and time for.

Me and my little brother loved that game to death and even had mains me being lui Kang and him being kung lao. We switched up once but we ended up switching controllers because we didn't like the feel of each other's characters lmao. Also I played a ton of deception for chess Kombat what a great and unique game mode for a mk game that sadly hasn't returned. Could you imagine online chess Kombat? I still have a PS2 to this day from when I was 11 and he was 10 and I have mk deadly alliance, deception, Armageddon, and shaolin monks.
Nice video as always. It is nice to see that your channel grows so fast, the quality of your videos is extremly good from the beginning. I liked Armageddon back in the day but the story also got very strange (even for Mortal Kombat standards) so I guess a story reset was needed after that one. I kind of miss the konquest story modes but on the other hand, they also very a bit goofy so I understand why they cut them for a more linear story mode.
Thankyou man, It was a slow n steady 2 years but now things are starting to go fast. The reboot was my favorite game but the og Armageddon story is still cool to consider. Especially since Blaze isn’t thought about much nowadays

My all time favourite fighting game! The Konquest was so brutal and fun to try collect everything! Best part was killing the small enemies on the spikes and knocking body parts off with the hammer! 😂
Pretty awesome narration for Armageddon 👍. Next you should review a game that's like Red Dead redemption but different it's called Gun personally I believe it's worth a video being made on it.

I may be insane, but I was able to remember 3/5 of those characters tbh. Can't believe we can't get a new MK Armageddon (with all these characters updated) every ten years. Kinda silly that we don't tbh. New timeline? New Armageddon
