These types of videos are really helpfull as someone that is starting and trying to understand de baselines of the game, knowing the identities of the civs even at that basic level is very helpful just to have a general mental map, its top content

Ya, DivineDFP plays English 3tc almost every game with great success. The civ is definitely neutral depending on the map and matchup.

Offensive: spanish, german, russian, swede, mexican, aztec, lakota, chinese, and hausa Neutral: french, british, ottoman, italian, japanese, haudenosaunee, and ethiopian Defensive: dutch, maltese, portuguese, indian, inca, and usa

@@abacaxi.maldoso some of them can be change like indian to offensive if you open with agra fort or ottoman to defensive if you opt to fast industrial with 3tc.
