Very informative video. I'm at 53 yrs going to the Gym for Muscle Building. Gym going has been a passion from my childhood. Kindly present a video suit for 50 plus Gym Goers who are really going for muscle building and the Dos and Don'ts. It will be a great support for my age group. By God's grace, no sugar and BP. great video coach. I will take care of the recovery part for sure. one thing I've seen is people taking sugary sodas and drinks during gym workout. I feel it is a mistake that you can create awareness in future videos

totally goals differ and you can not compare bmw vs range rower ???? bmw cant be rated for offroading where range rower is an offroading vehicle range rower cant be compared for racing on road as bmw is sports engine similarly strongman and bodybuilding totally different sport

Master , I have using whey protein 2 scoops a day for 3 months for fatloss , I have successfully loss fat without losing muscles , due to some financial situations , I have stopped consuming whey protein and cannot be able to reach the daily protein intake , so what happens if I converted from whey protein to creatine monohydrate for the upcoming fatloss period of 1 month, Does muscleloss happens or any other symptoms happen? Please explain ,
