The best and most delicious mee siam to make at home. You will be amazed how delicious and tasty it is. Simplified version.
Recipe
3/4 pack of mee hoon ( soaked for 10 mins or until soften, drain in a colander)
250g fresh medium prawns
3 pieces tau pok sliced
250g bean sprouts
Chives or green onions
Salt, mushroom granules to taste
Hard boiled egg
Calamansi limes
Ingredients to be blended
2 medium size red onions
6 cloves of garlic
3 red chillies seeded
2 tbsp dried prawns presoaked
2 tbsp taucu manis chillie
2 tbsp wet chilli paste
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp water
