Hi Rosemary. My name is Sirirat, but everyone calls me Siri. I know my accept is strong and my English language skill isn't the best, but I always try to improve. I am happy that you like to cook for your husband and are trying to learn Thai recipes for him. Do you guys live in Thailand or the USA, or??? We live in the US now, but also have a home in Thailand that we go to every year.

We had this dish at a restaurant and it was the first time my boyfriend ever enjoyed cooked fish! Now he loves fish! Can't wait to make this at home. :D

I love that Siri uses a pestle and mortar. I imagine it enhances with the flavor. The fish looks amazing! I bet the flavors are delicious and oh man the crispy garlic! Yum!!!
