This looks so good. I don't think I've seen a better DIY or professional (for that matter) placement of a system. You avoided all the common pitfalls of hair systems : not matching the hairline to the temples, a too unnaturally low hairline, way to much density at hairline, texture and color difference.

I am AWARELY getting ripped off because of lack of choice. I do not see how anyone can start off using a hair system for the first time ever without going to a salon. I decided on which one I wanted to go to in my country. Despite the fact that they are shameless, indecent people with zero dignity (they lie A LOT), their products were the best I could find. They charged me 700 dollars and that is literally my monthly salary at this moment (its classed as a developing country... developing my ass). I am doing it for one time only to get the training done in person (as well as determining the template region, shaving it etc.). I am going to order my second unit from you for sure. Just wanted to give others a perspective and have them realize how lucky they are compared to someone who has to pay 6 times the fraction of their salary for this (which for me is, unfortunately, worth it).

I can’t believe that the place where I got my customized hair system didn’t wash it before the install and cut in. 🤬 when I first washed it at home I freaked out by the green hoop running through my fingers and down the drain. I didn’t know about cleaning the base with alcohol and a cotton ball to remove residue. I paid over $4,500 for two units including the install and cut in. 🤬

A question most people ask is does it itch? The answer of course is YES especially the first time. Another thing is what do people mean they can't afford it. One time yeah that was true BEFORE THE INTERNET. Now you can get a good unit at an affordable price. Most people can afford these units. And cuts in etc as long as it's mail order. These units are very cheap today online so as one person put it I believe it was stick on hair channel. NO EXCUSES. These are affordable and there is no excuse other then being extremely cheap as to why you would not buy a hair system today especially with how affordable the glues and tapes are today.

Curtis what do you use for sun protection? Is the Pro Hair Labs Leave In Conditioner good for that? Thank you :)

Are you wearing one of your MHE units ? If so, what is the density and % of gray , and base material ? I have a very similar hair pattern and have started growing my hair out on the sides and back in preparation for a unit. I really like the way the one in this vid looks.

Curtis, about the hair wash... I have a very oily scalp (genetics) and go to gym and sweat like hell 5 times a week. As a result I wash my hair almost every day. How will this work for me? I have to get the oils (which I imagine will seep in from the lace) and all the crap coming with the sweat with something more than just water...:(

I’ve got curly hair and I’ve purposely grown it out over the summer to step into a unit for the first time. Every one knows I’ve got curly hair so I don’t think I could get away with a straight hair system. I didn’t see a “curly” option on your order page. How do I make that happen?

Hey Curtis, Love the videos. I took your advice and recently purchased the TL700 new generation poly piece. It feels and looks great, however, one flaw... When in bright lights, I’ve noticed that at the very front of the hairline, I can see a line going across the front. I use clear adhesive with tapes along the sides/back, but I don’t think it’s anything to do with what I’m using. It’s just this line (all along hairline) going across my forehead in bright lights and my fear is that if I can see it, others clearly can. Any advice on this? Should I trim back the hairline or will that make any difference? Thanks!

why would you need a haircut once every 2 weeks? wouldn't you only need a "cut in" cut every couple of months when putting on a totally new system?
