Hello viewers, I purchased my 1st unit from Curtis about 2 weeks ago and had it on my head for about 3 days and noticed my hair line wasn’t like his. We figured out that when I sent in my templet the unit was cut to match the front and back, we figured out to only get the unit cut in the back not in the front to mess up the hair line. I want to tell you about the customer service which is very important to me so Curtis had me to call him so I did, he told me if I’m not happy he’s not happy and that he was sending me another unit free of charge without any hesitation at all. I went from using Xfusion for 3 years longer than I should have to having hair instead of a black powdered scalp, so mine was such a huge improvement that there was only 1 day of being uncomfortable. The biggest thing for me was not co-workers, not wife, but instead I was so worried about picking up my 8 year old daughter. She hates change, so I really wondered how it would go. It took her about 1 minute to absolutely love it, which shows how much of an improvement it was. All she knows is I changed my hair spray, at least that is all I told her.

I watch at least 2-3 of your videos a day, I really like the way you do business, I really want to get your products but to be honest, I might be thinking about quitting the hair system, I cant get it not to lift after 3-4 days. I got it professionally installed but even then, walker ultra hold + tape just tape or just adhesive it only lasts 3-4 days before lifting, maybe is because I live near the tropic and there is extreme heat, but honestly I have the AC on 24/7, so not really sure on what to do here, any advice? I have a lace + poly perimeter unit, but I wanted to get one of your ultra skin units as the hairline with the one I have it's just too unrealistic and cant see thru it.

Use to watch him on RU-vid many times then after taking a roller coaster ride with his son he disappeared from RU-vid. His hair system unlike yours looked very fake yet you can see once he had hair on his face he was once again a very good looking guy. I am planning on getting a system first and going to a small hair replacement company as I am not a good candidate for hair transplants? I guess what I am asking is it seems to me even today it is so much work to keep it looking natural. I am going to try but it scares me to think I am going to be like rock the hair and give up because my hair is too fake looking even with your great advice.
