This isn't my normal motorsport themed movie, but rather a time lapse of the Motatapu mountain bike ride (and push) held during the first weekend of March. I made this for a friend of mine that couldn't join me so that he could see how beautiful the ride is.
The ride starts off on the edge of Lake Wanaka and finishes in Arrowtown, allowing us to cross private property over its 47km course with 1,214m of climbing at a maximum height of 875m. I find it tough as I am not well suited for going uphill, but it is worth doing it to see this beautiful part of the world.
