Theory X and Y.. There arer 2 type of people.. if you differentiate between them than you can easily motivate them.. for someone money is important, for some career

First 40 seconds need not be that long. And the audio kept echoing, which was very distracting. I stopped watching the video in the first 25 seconds, but then wanted to see if it had anything I can use. But the audio and the pace forced me out. Sorry, ma'am. I honestly can't sit through.

For employee it act as a factor of motivation because they get job security, they get money and they manage to satisfy their basic need and further other needs which a human require.

It is compulsory for married people.. to satisfy their physical needs. We all need love and each employee should give time to their family, child, wife so that their psychological needs could be satisfied. There are several physiological needs and the one i have mentioned in the video is few from that.
