Hey guys, just wanted you to know that everything's alright with me. Turned out I had to take a little bit of a break from making videos due to some personal issues. Hopefully that ends soon :)
Welcome back. I'm glad that you're fine. I have some troubles with my life and i have no motivation to workout and i lost strenght. I want you to know that i support you and i always love you. Greetings from argentina
Full body for the win. If anyone is struggle with its current routine, give it a try to full body workouts. One exercise per muscle group works like wonders, i recommend it.
Some really creative ways of adjusting exercises to allow you to do them/get into position without help! Particularly like the hand stand push ups and the weighted push ups!
For Handstand Push-Ups progressions, the best I've found are Pike HS Push-Ups, or HS Push-Ups Chest to Wall. But I see how using a strap or elastic band is also a good idea, as it has less friction than a wall.
Hi. I really enjoy your videos. Especially the down to earth attitude. I would like to build a similar callisthenics "workout station" that you have, for my own back yard. Did you have it custom built or was it pre-made? Maybe you can provide measurements and/or do a review? What would you do differently if you had to build/install it all over again? Thanks in advance!
Question: Are we going to see more of this type of videos, or more of the "previous Dave" videos with you traveling and talking? Both of them are great, dont get me wrong. Im just glad you returned.. ☺
hey dave, if you dont mind me asking, how did you get those pullup bars in your yard? did you make those yourself or did you buy them? cause i want some of those
Skills are pretty much on the same level since I'm doing a little bit on maintenance work. However without focusing on the particular skill, it's not really possible to progress, at least for me.
