I make videos about calisthenics/street workout and review training equipment. I try to teach, motivate, entertain and share my bodyweight training passion with you.
I was a big follower of his and I remember he upset a lot of his fans on here by saying that Calisthenics wasn't for him anymore. Maybe this is the reason that he hasn't uploaded?
I felt like a total creep doing it, but I reached out to his family member who turned out to be his father. I found him through one of his social media accounts, I don't want to get into details. He said that he's okay and "recovering from an injury". I just asked the bare minimum because I was already feeling super guilty for having invaded someone's privacy. I was worried and am happy to know he's just recovering and probably also decided to quit youtube, maybe all social media, which is not surprising if you've seen his other videos. Thought I'd share this for anyone else who is worried. Dawid if you see this, I am sorry for invading your privacy, I hope you understand why people are worried and good luck wherever you are.
@Ben-io2vo I texted a year ago, I don't know any more details other than what I wrote in the original comment. I asked if he was alive, and his father said: "Of course he is alive". And after that he said he's recovefing from an injury. That's all I got.

A lot of guys talking a lot in comments, but 5 years later, we don't have any video of someone doing without wall and full range of motion. Still impossible until now Edit: there is a big number of KIDS posting people doing partial reps and bending arms holding on the comments, ON THE VIDEO TRAINING PAL IS TALKING ABOUT FULL RANGE OF MOTION WITHOUT WALL, NO PARTIAL REPS.
Great video, especially your comments about making running interesting. I have found this since starting running in Vivobarefoot and Fivefingers back in 2016. The increased proprioception means it's as much a workout for the brain as it is for the body.
some day when i live at middle of forest i will remmeber this video, and will do it without effort, atm i can over head press 5kg off from my body weight at age of 16 and i have done it for 2 week
Just do the WOD 'Angie' combined with 'Saitama's Workout' with Step Ups with Knees To Elbow Twists(that way you'll have the opposite motion of a squat plus the motion of a Russian Twist)and an Elbow Plank, and maybe Jumping Jack's added in. So it would look like this: -100 Pull Ups -100 Push Ups -100 Sit Ups -100 Step Ups with Knees To Elbow Twists(100 Reps Both Sides ) -100 Air Squats -100 Jumping Jack's Add In 6 Minutes Of Elbow Planking, and then Go for your 6 Mile Run Maybe Add in a Swim too!
There are some rings at the gym i go to that I have been wanting to try, but they're really quite high up; do you have any recommendations based on the fact i cant have them close to the ground? I cant even get to the upright oosition hahah
Buy your own and have all the fun you want with them! They only cost 25$ on the cheap side and 50$ on the more premium side. I recently tried them at the gym. Vert challenging but fun. If you don’t want to buy rings ask an employee at your gym for help.
My rings hang outside at home and it's lovely to get fresh air while beginning the rings journey. This video shows I've made a good start after just a few outings - wonderful feeling at 73.
