Moto content has gone soft 

So I noticed this trend of how people were taking this video and it’s not too poke at any content creators of any sort, even though that’s how it came across at least at one particular point, it’s about the fact that creators like me that want to ride fast or do wheelies or stunt ride ect, are basically being suppressed that’s what I’m bitching about lol. More power to those guys out there getting the exposure. I just wish we all had that fair chance. But realistically, if you wanna be big, you have to fall into the category that’s working and it’s not doing what I’m doing.

I would say a lot of people who watch motovlog content are not watching it for skill, but for living vicariously through that creator. It's why people watch imkay. He's an incredibly dry personality and never really rides his bikes the way they're meant to be ridden, but he has hundreds of thousands of dollar bikes in his garage, and people wish they could have that. I'd guess 3/5 people watching motorcycle content don't have a motorcycle at all.

Couldn't agree more. Tired of seeing these adobomoto type wannabes. Bring back channels like arson rides, 6f4h, yummir6(leaving out the OG' like bXd, waltha etc as they continue to post). At least those dude went on adventures spewing out whatever was on their mind and not shilling for motogear companies.

When you said "you need to already have some money in your bank account" is absolutely true when it comes to youtube, not just motovlogging. The OG youtubers were normal people working normal jobs then they made it big, their first videos were trash or cringy. Now all the popular youtubers have the money beforehand and they can make the crazy/ expensive content that does well. It would be so easy to make a successful RU-vid channel if you have a huge budget. Buy an expensive thing and destroy it, give it away, or just show it off and you will blow up. Hire a production team and editors so your first video is super high quality with drone shots and stuff. A lot of big channels I see now never seem to of had that cringy low quality start. I see a lot of high production videos appear in my feed with millions of views and it is the only video on the channel. The algorithm and the viewership is so far from what it used to be.

I love the tunnel and offroading exploring videos the most. The ones where you go 199 mph in gta 6 are great too of course, and the food ones. I think a series where you ride to the worst rated restaurants and rate the food would be funny but maybe thats just me.

Hey Gixxer brah fellow editor here, if you mess with your visual of your animation and alter it enough for RU-vid to realize it’s actually an animation and not actually real life, you might be able to get away with simulation videos like your “sorry” video. For example, you could post a video like that, but the colors are inverted. Or like sort of a blur, or something goofy with ai, or even deep fried. Just an idea but it would make you super unique and also could help you on your journey as a creator and animator.

I noticed this alot with many content creators too especially involved in sport-oriented vehicles and sports bikes. I feel that most have to mod the vehicle before even hitting the track or some backroads saying the vehicle can't handle the abuse from factory. In most cases I understand if they have sponsors giving them free items to advertise but it's kind of annoying seeing these people chicken out or driving below the limit saying it can't handle those speeds while you have people like GixxerBrah pushing a stock bike which anyone can afford or get. Especially the driver mod speaks alot for itself because you can see people running generic builds but can push the car/bike to the limits far better but don't get the exposure they need. Even being in the car community, I noticed modifications always wins the person/viewer. I recently bought a new car which is completely stock, but I just been attending events to help improve my driving which has helped alot in driving at fast speeds during some backroads and daily driving. I even met people with the same car with tons of modifications that say this makes them faster or what not, but this always gives me a chance to show them that the stock car is fast enough given the right amount of time to learn the limits. Gonna stop my rant but yeah

I enjoy the statistics, reviews, history etc. about motorcycles and the gear the most. The speeding videos are really only good when they're racing others around turns and such.

Late to the party but my favorite thing to see as someone trying to break into the Moto content creator scene is that social media REWARDS people posting thirst traps on their bikes (male and female) or females half naked either standing in front of their bikes or just going 20mph side to side this isn’t about sex but that shit takes no talent or anything or the men trying to use this “BookTok” bs doing the same thing it’s honestly very unoriginal and lack creativity but those videos seem to be loved by all social media apps but I post a video of me riding and it gets shadow banned
