Here is a motorcycle track day prep for motorcycle track day beginners to let you know what to bring along and expect for your first motorcycle racing event. The video goes through motorcycle racing preparation, motorcycle gear setup, and motorcycle health and nutrition. This checklist can help for any of the events I've done from motorcycle drag racing to California superbike school, to Texas Mile motorcycle racing to circuit of the americas track day. It will be especially helpful for a motorcycle track day beginner with all the motorcycle track day preparation tasks to remember on first track day. Something great for electrolytes that is super easy to carry is this stuff called "liquid IV" it's this powder kinda like a coolaid style but it has all the electrolytes you need properly dosed. Fantastic stuff I highly recommend.

hey thanks for the tip, i hadn't heard of that product? i do like the xtend since it also includes bcaas to keep the muscles supplied, but i'll have to check it out. appreciated!

Thanks! i have a couple videos already from CA superbike class, which is the way to go if you can make it happen! I'm putting together a multi cam view video of a lap around COTA right now and should have it posted within the next week or two. Enjoy!

Can’t stress rest/sleep night b4…. I was horrible on the track w/only 3hrs of sleep I just got off during lunch time. Never again

absolutely! even if not stressed, i get excited for the next day and hijack my sleep too sometimes. need all your mental prowess to be doing this stuff for sure!

And be prepared to wreck your bike and loose it all. If you need this info because you're new and have a bike worth an money, know that anybody at any time for any reason can take you out and owe you nothing.
