Great video, great camera 👍🏻 Could you pls tell if the X4 has a Audio Adapter and if so, it recorded mono or stereo? Same question for the Ace Pro. I heard it’s mono but want to make sure.
Thanks!! I believe it does have an audio adapter or one should come out soon, I think it’s just mono but I’m not really sure. On my ace pro audio comes out of both speakers but idk if it’s stereo or mono. I believe just mono.
First of all, haven't gotten through your video other than 55 seconds in. I've been looking for someone that would compare it against the X2, for that's what I'm going from X2 to the X4. Thank you for doing this.
i wish I can get better in motovlogging like you bro! i just got go pro 9 right now and it's suck af.. im getting x4 this xmas 4 sure and learn from you! ride safe bro
Can definitely see the difference in quality, i mean it was good before too but this is a really good upgrade. Good work done, the cliff and the clouds, everything so good📸
I feel your pain. Had the same bait and switch on the X2 with the X3 showing up just a week or so later. Thanks for the review. The integration with the Cardo/Sena puts this camera very high on the list.
A lot of video editors will automatically line up the audio, as long as there's audio recorded to the camera. But it's not hard to do it manually. You just need a couple of claps at the beginning when both cameras are rolling.
Looking at getting an insta 360, rather late to the game. Debating whether to pick up an X2, X3, or splurge and get the X4. Amazing video and quality. Keep up the great work!!
Thanks a lot man! Yeah they are all great to be honest. Like even the X2 is great because of how much smaller it is. But X4 for image quality for sureee🤝
Excellent video! Can you please show how you attach the selfie stick at the back? Is it possible to raise it up a bit so you get the bike and the oncoming traffic/scenery in the shot? Ultimate ‘dash cam’ footage.
Awesome . Might be considering the X4 as I still have my X2 though . Still shooting with it but haven't done much recently. What would you say is or are the biggest upgrade of the X4 coming from the X2?
I was the same coming from X2, the slow motion is insane on the X4, the screen is bigger and actually usable, it runs quicker, and more, I explain some in the video!
Love to see a new Video ❤ X4 looks amazing! I do have a X2 myself but haven’t figured the best settings yet! Love to see the great stuff 👍 And beautiful color grade as always 🔥
What's dope about it, you can mount it sideways so the spine of the camera is pointed forward and still get the same shot you got while being more aerodynamic :)
That chin mounted unicorn "SnorriCam" looks awesome. Oh, and you're the first person Ive seen mention the idea of twist on ND filters (I had the same idea). If Insta360 don't do it, I'm sure someone like Freewell will.
Lookinto getting a Zoom Audio recorder to record the bike, just stick it under the pillion seat, so that you can have the clean audio from the Cardo and exhaust note from the mic without the wind noise at all!
Awesome video sir. Just purchased my 360X4 also. Which helmet mic did you use (exact model please)? Thank you very much. Also, which mount is that on your off road bike helmet? That is sick.
I bought the X2 right after it came out. The X3 added a larger screen, the X4 also has a larger screen. This increases the chances of breaking the screen and draining the battery faster. The X360 is designed for shooting cool content, but not for editing it right on the camera. Hopefully they fix that in the X5 ;) How do they shoot in low light?
If you can't listen to music while being connected to your X4, could you pair the X4 to the Cardo using one of the two intercom Bluetooth bridge channels? In theory, that way the "start recording..." commands will still be "heard" by the X4 while your Cardo remains connected to your phone and therefore accepts your "Hey Cardo" command and plays music from your phone? Hope that makes sense.
Jay, nice video and just a tip, I have my Insta at 45° angle, so that lens is not straight on and this massively reduces the number of flies and chances of damage. Just a thought mate. I lost my X3 the other day, but have already ordered this.
sick shots, really cool video, ur videos inspire me a lot and i’m always trying to learn new things about filming. Can u tell me or do a video of the best settings for the insta360 for day and night shooting? i would love it keep going man ur doing great
Something I love doing is saving loads of videos using the RU-vid app on my phone and then using my Dad’s 4K Fire Stick to watch them all on the TV. It’s a good strategy 😎.
Nice job kid! I dont ride motorbikes but I ride snowmobiiles. There is no content like this related to snowmobiling so im taking your lead and converting it to the snow.
Hi,, I'm from the Phillipines. I'm one of your silent viewer/subsciber. I watched your videos and honestly not all of your videos(yet!). I love watching all your stunts and gears specially the videos are all clear and awesome quality. i hope i could afford to buy camera so i could start vlogging too.. anyways.. ride safe!
If you connect to the Cardo from X4 via Bluetooth and have an DMC group call going on I don’t think it will pick up the other riders voices.. I tried this but wasn’t able to figure that out. Maybe it will be an update in the future. Currently the only way I know how to record the conversation of all the riders is to record from inside the Cardo connect app with the Cardo Edge 🤝
I read that you can use it while charging. If you run the charging cable up the mount pole will it show up in the video? Any way to charge while using and not see the cord?
Love the video, thank you. i just started motorvlogging with x3 (did not know there was going to be a new in 1 month :-( ) anyway, how do you blurr out the reg plate? wht program and what function. thank you.
Watch Roo's Reviews for a comparison of Lens Protectors. He prefers the Standard Lens Protector. "Looking at my comparison on the unicycle, the footage looks fine regardless of the type of lens protector. In fact, in those shots I can barely tell the difference. But they do add glare in certain scenarios. After doing these tests, I definitely prefer the Standard Lens Protectors. The Premium ones can create more glare, and are more difficult to keep free of dust, I guess because of the coating. In those indoor tests with the bright light , the dust made things look pretty bad."
I really like your Rode Lavalier mic. If you just had the X4 + Cardo and connected the Rode to the Cardo, would it try to filter out the wind/engine noise? I've ordered an X4 and thinking about how best to get a mic setup like yours. Don't have a Cardo or any other audio device yet.
