First time climbing Mt. Woodson in San Diego. Here's the stats and Strava segment:

12.2% average gradient
There's a 200m dirt/mud section to traverse before you actually get to the road, and once you make the first left-hand turn on the paved area, it pitches up to 12-16% pretty consistently for the remainder of the climb with 1-2 very short "flatter" sections. My rear derailleur wouldn't let me shift past the 21 cog, so climbing was pretty brutal with my cadence dropping into the 30s in the steeper sections.
