Pacer- the “Myrth-mobile “- I had an LSU student neighbor that had a Pacer wagon, he removed the engine and transmission, painted it purple with LSU “gold” (canary) flames . He’d drag it out to his tailgate spot on campus on Thursdays before home games. He had a BBQ under the hood, all the glass was blackout tinted so you couldn’t see the kegs iced in the back- the tap was where the filler pipe was. All this was to evade detection by the ABC cops who would write minor in possession tickets on game days. I founds pictures of this car on the inter webs somewhere, probably a pacer related site.

The 1973 Delta 88 4 door. My 73 "88" was a 4 dr. hard top post, it was the second car I owned. Brown in color and was identical to the one used in the opening credits for the "Newhart" show. All of the cars you have, take me back to a simpler time! We have a few old school junk yards in rural parts of Ohio. There is nothing more relaxing than walking around an old school junk yard! Keep the videos coming!!!

Blue '76 Delta 88 like yours was my daily driver '90-'93. Bought it for $400 in the weeds, with 4 flats, dead battery, and 4 years of accumulated dust. Put 4 used tires, and a used battery, compounded the paint AND the vinyl top. A couple of coats of color wax and it looked, ran, and rode like a 5 year old car. Interesting thing about that era of 88's was that the seats were covered in 100% wool velour. Mine cleaned up like new and the seats themselves were the most comfortable I've ever driven (I've was a test car driver on & off for a total of 10 years, Caddy's, Jags, Mercedes Benz, Lexus, LTD's, ad nauseum). I drove off road in it once, and hit one of those big green highway signs trying to get back on the freeway. When I got it home, the only damage was a 1" dent in the front bumper. (Disclaimer: I was young and dumb and full of ...) I sold it in '94 for $1500, had 236,000 miles on the clock but it still ran beautifully. *Hey, bud, they're your cars, you do what you want with them. If you want to just look at them that's your business.

49 through 67 fords hardtops and sedans... the right wagons make my heart flutter like a butterfly. Mercurys are right fine too. Seen the 62 or three wagon and a 59 next to one of your movie cars and I couldn't make my screen pan over for me/lol. I do like most all cars but bread and butter for me was the fords.

Hello Again :) So nice cars! Not because examples of those was on screen, because i love especially mid- fullsize 4 Doors, at best 4 Door Hardtop´s and when i saw the Video i saw some of those and loved it to see it! :) Timecode 13:40 the 67 Impala 4 dr Hardtop is even the same like mine restoration project with my 67 Caprice/Impala 4 Door Hardtop. But it´s how i´ve told you, at this time i´m not sure if i like to rebuild an exact replica or even an tribut car... I´ll see. I had a lot of Bodywork to do and i´ve still have to do a lot of it. But it´s on a beautiful way still at the moment! :) Even these 4 Door hardtop like this kind of Fullsize Chevys are my favorite kind of US classic car.. :) And that was the thing why i´ve bought a 67 Fullsize Chevy 4 Door Hardtop... But it´s nice to see you´re also doing with this kind of car, too! The Caprice what you´ve shown on this video is nearly the same condition like mine one when i got it. My one was an Ohio car and yes, it´s like you´ve told here, all these cars need to rebuilt mostly the whole lower windshield frame, the weatherstrip channel at the trunk + the trunkfloor, the dog legs of the rear wheel arches...and at my one i rebuild also the whole wheel arches at the front fenders. for the quarter pans i used the sherman quarters and made them fit. But even at this part what wasn´t done by myself with self / han made new sheet metal like i´ve done it for the front fender wheel arches i´m not so happy with it. So i´m thinking about to get the whole quarters out of an parts car. So one question is, do you´ve an partscar with good rear wheel arches, where you´ll sell these quarter section of it? It´s only if you like or can sell something like this. I would not to get killed another car of these, because i think that other fathers with sons would be happy when they can find some of these cars in some years for affordable own restoration projects. I´m so happy when safe more classic cars. I thik every safed classic car what doesn´t go crushed or parted out is a safed car with its history.... :) A little question; Timecode 6:50 --> I´m looking for an 1973-76 Ford Gran Torino, at best like this as a 73 4dr...Do you have anyone like these for sale? If you´ve seen any comment of me you know i´m restoring us classic cars, and i´ve learned to shape sheet metal / bodywork with rebuild sheet metal. So it was great if it was a car without a lot rust or even that it is neccessary to rebuild a lot of the sheet metal by myself, but it´s even not a no go for interesting me for it. :) I´ve some examples what i really like, also the 73 Olds Delta 88 as a 4 Dr Hardtop, or many more. Also a 69-70 Impala / Fullsize Chevy was great. I´m still looking for an project with an car like i´ve told you or something else what has 4 Doors, at best as a Hardtop :) How could i contact and talk to you about that???
