Avatar 3 was suppose to be released this December, but production of the 2 other movies were delayed by the pandemic. So Avatar 3 is set for 2025. 2 and 3 were filmed consecutively. 3 is technically done, but they are re-shooting some scenes and other post production stuff being tweaked.
I really enjoyed this film, which was a surprise to me. I'm a HUGE James Cameron fan, and while I liked the first Avatar, I didn't love it. I wasn't expecting much out of the sequel, but was pleasantly surprised at how it was handled. Looking forward to your views on this.
14:48 I can't speak to the novelization or live action adaptations, but James Gurney's original full color illustrated novel "Dinotopia" is a great work of art.
I unabashedly love these films, so I'll respect your criticisms and opinions. I can see where you're coming from. But I'm happy this is now a franchise where Cameron has a big storyline planned out and characters to care about, and see where everyone's journeys go.
lo ak has jakes features so much netayam is like nyteri and jake mixted together he will warn you once then beat the dog shit out of u lmao but lo ak is like a one for all type of dude if u mess with him or his family he dose not care he will go full rage mode that scene where he punched the sea kid was very much something jake would do lol they got the kids features down packed in this film i hope in part 3 it wil be even better
Late response but the home tree in the first movie was destroyed. Aka their home so they had to relocate. And the floating mountains is the new home. Well was lol
Surprisingly after really liking the first film I found that I did not like this film at all. It's too long, to tedious and is drinking too much of its own kool-aid. I told my fiancé who agreed that it's basically just visual porn, alot of superfluous scenes made because they could with the expressed purpose simply to be pretty. Theres very little narrative substance and what there is, is relegated to snippets between long stretches of "world building asthetic" It's just pretty to be pretty, and that's fine when it's evenly distributed but my word this could have been 2 hours shorter and been a better movie for it.
