I suggest you do a road trip around USA. It will help you make a decision on what region at least. USA is so big with a huge diversity of environment. Weather is a big consideration along with city vs rural. I must say when you commented at 7 11 that Salem was in the car with the AC on, in case we were worried was so funny. You literally chartered a private plane for Salem! We know he is your first priority and consideration! Good Luck and you are tremendously brave!

This is one of thr sweetest people on YT and yet he seems so unsure of himself. He always puts himself down and I can't help but wonder what he's searching for by moving all over the world. Yes, people move to just experience different place but something about Rapha feels like he moves in search of something to fill a void or fix something he thinks is broken. I hope I'm wrong.

Welcome to Florida! If you think it’s hot and uncomfortable NOW, just wait till August/September. :) As for where to live, narrow it down initially based on what kind of climate you want to be in. Florida is VERY different than, say, Minnesota which is very different from Arizona. Narrow it by region, then look for the creative places. Decide if you like the hustle and bustle of the big city or relaxing in the quiet of the country. It depends on what kind of life you want to live. :)

Some other tips for being here: 1. buy bug spray & sunscreen 2. invest in a reliable car with good mileage per gallon 3. always tip service workers 4. have emergency readiness plans just in case (from hurricanes to earthquakes to floods, whatever might happen where you are) 5. as far as food goes, try asking long-time locals where they like to eat! That's how you'll find the best spots. Congrats again! Can't wait to see where this change takes you.

Welcome to America . Seeing the beginning of the video made my heart beat so hard the feeling when you are waiting to hear if you get approved. It's never changes every time you deal with the immigration process renewal of papers etc when I finally became citizen it was such a big thing not ever have to worry about it ever again. As where you should move well maby you should say what you are looking for and what you enjoy doing when not home that will limit some places

Throughout the years, it has been amazing to see how you’ve progressed through your career. You’ve shown us so many cool tips and tricks, plenty of food, and always found ways to make our day. I can’t wait to see what you’ll be able to come up with as you begin your life in America. Big congratulations to you, I’m so excited for you! As for advice on where to live, there are quite a few good choices. I feel like you might like some of the places on the West Coast, like Seattle, Washington or Portland, Oregon. Plenty of creative outlets and people around there and the climate keeps pretty cool. Where I live there are also a lot of creative people (Davis, Ca) although it does get pretty hot here in the summers. Los Angeles would give you good collaboration opportunities, but it is pretty crowded there and gets very hot too. I know a RU-vidr on the East Coast who really enjoys Altanta, Georgia. Lots of nice city life, many progressive people and it’s right by the beach. You may even want to be closer to family and choose a place on the East Coast. This would be another consideration. Wherever you decide to go, I’m sure you’ll choose a place that suits your needs and fits your aesthetic. Hopes this helps a bit! 🙂
