I have selected mostly some of the philosophical aspects of MovNat (it was 45 minute talk). For more information regarding the MovNat training system, a book is scheduled to be published in 2012.

@Mushman34 "True evolutionary fitness can only be thought of in terms of reproductive success, of which has become largely skewed by modern social convention." Biological fitness was covered in the presentation as well as many other aspects. This video contains only a few excerpts.

Excellent so spot on .At 55 years old my exercise training regimen is hanging more and more to natural movement and martial arts and it's doing a world of good so much more interesting and better than stationary repetitious forms of exercise! I still include some stationary strength training as I find it is still good in combination with movement. This has gone a long way to helping me change from a farmed or zoo human back into a wild human!

@EpistemeFitness The goal of this presentation (together with Paleo nutrition leading expert Robb Wolf) was to introduce an evolutionary approach to health and fitness to a panel of NASA scientists. So that's a question that only them can answer. There is a project to study a combo of evolutionary movement and nutrition (over the course of several weeks) but that is a project only for now.

@MovNat i've read this comment before watching and when i start i can't stop looking on the clock when i saw the cut ;) nevertheless it's very nice to know that something as MovNat is developing :) i've read a little bit about Methode Naturelle, but (obviously) you know how hard is to get more information. keep up the good work! :)

Nice to see this posted - there are a lot of good ideas here - any possibility of posting the whole presentation? Even if it had to be broken up into youtube-able 10 minute chunks? Look forward to the book regardless. Thanks.

@boerenkool Not a possibility at the moment, since this presentation will constitute the basis of my upcoming talk at the Ancestral health Symposium at UCLA in August. So obviously I want to keep things fresh and not publicly release all this material.

I personally do greatly respect Erwan's work, but I do not understand why we need someone else's method in exploring our natural way to move and to live.

@boerenkool I'd deffinetally second that. Wut better way to learn about this than watching a presentation. Especially one professional enough for NASA scientists...
