To be great, you need a Vision, you absolutely need to visualize yourself winning this thing, holding that trophy, shaking hands and giving your speech. You can't just do it once, you need to picture this every hour of every day. And on stage you need to walk like the champion, pose like a champion, ... but mostly you need a vision -focused- on what your true goals- really are.
I really appreciate when u do give tips between sets or exercises because it really gives clarity on why u choose to do things in certain ways. I just did your leg day earlier today and it was brutal! Legs are toast!
