Braised Beef Brisket with Radish
Ingredients:
600 g beef brisket, 1 radish, 40 g Chu-Hou Paste, 10 g raw-soy-bean sauce, 10 g oyster oil, 1 piece tangerine, 5 g crystal sugar, 1 dash ginger and garlic, 10 g cooking wine, 10 g white wine
Cook's Notes:
Put beef brisket with cold water together into the pot to cook for a while for getting rid of the blood water. Braise the beef brisket for 40 minutes with heat and then turn off the heat to braise it for 20 minutes to make the beef brisket well-cooked.
