Hello, do I need to call FB1 (Main_Safety_RTG1) into OB1?

No needs, the safety manager will assign the FB1 to be automatically called. You can find it from the safety manager.

You could press ESTOP and a safety active and off, then cycle power the drive

@@spk7054 It will be great using 'F' safety build-in PLC. For your case, you can use safety relay to play the safety control role.
