Easy boarding ✔️ nice cabin ✔️ great pizza ✔️ cocktails ✔️ entertainment ✔️ don’t think anything more is needed… sold 😂 shame about the problem getting the boarding passes although eventually sorted and the slow service in the main restaurant which would make us Hangry! We hate watching the news when on holiday one of the things we want to escape for awhile! We are not keen on buffet style served foods so would have lived off the pizza too! That’s bad they don’t cater for different diets ie dairy free! Shame there was a handful of mindless crew bringing the standard down! Disembarking and those queues looks very stressful if you have a flight to catch especially! Shame the Bolivian disaster got in the way of your trip! Think we’ll continue taking cruises by watching other peoples 😂 great video this guy thank you 👍
After following your experience, we loved this fair and balanced review. I think for us, the itinerary would have to be perfect to tempt us on an MSC cruise but never say never. Thanks for this very helpful summary.
Thank you and yes “Never Say Never” and for us it would need to be an amazing itinerary and deal to get back onboard. There’s so much choice and value out there and other lines get the basics right.
I've heard so much about the mdr and buffet food (free) being bad but the specialty dining (costs extra) being great. 🤔Hmm... almost as if you're being steered towards coughing up more.
Thank you and yes we had heard some bad reviews about the food prior to sailing but didn’t expect it to be this bad… on this ship there is no speciality dining .. we were surprised at that too and so we couldn’t even pay for better food.. Appreciate you watching and taking the time to comment..
Thank you for this review. As I see it there are four things that are absolutes. Hot quality food, good drinks, comfortable lounges with live music, and functionable clean cabins. It is clear that MSC has not yet earned my patronage.

Even on so called luxury ships or ultra food is often no better than Luke. Now something in my 88 years I have never even heard of is dairy free milk? Am I missing something here?
Thanks for watching and taking time to comment … Hot food has never been a problem for other cruise lines we have sailed with so this stood out … Dairy free milk alternatives include Soya Milk, Oat Milk, Coconut Milk, Almond Milk and there is also Lactose free milk.. For some people these are a choice but for others who cannot tolerate lactose or have a dairy allergy these are important. Thx again for watching our video..
