I got my helicopter instrument rating last month!!! 🎉. Took way longer than I was anticipating because I fell out a recency but I finally got it. I'm going to be taking my commercial check ride in about a month or two and then moving straight into CFI and CFII somewhere around the end of February and the end of March hopefully. Also cool video comparison.

Thanks for the comparative video. I thought the real life landing was better. The sim landing was a bit high on approach, and was a bit hard from the compensation from being a tad high on approach. :)

True! I've only landed that Warrior a couple times in the sim. Real aircraft are much easier!

Agreed! I'll tell you that even the multi-million dollar full-motion, perfect cockpit replica simulators we have for training in the Army are harder to fly than the real aircraft. There's just only so much you can simulate.
