Sir its an excellent lecture for photodetectors. Sir how to get the responsivity sepctrum anf detectivity sepctrum of photodetector.can you explain for this example pls.

Getting a responsivity curve is easy. The current Vs wavelength curve is already plotted in this program. Just divide the current by the input optical power to get the responsivity curve. Detectivity depends on the noise characteristics which are not simulated here.

Can you provide examples of the exact optical devices that use msm photo detectors. It would help me understand. Are these msm photo detectors laid out in arrays, or is one msm photodetector enough? Pls provide images/pictures of a real msm photodetector. What does it look like?
