When my husband was dying from AIDS, I wrote Muhammad Ali a letter (my husband was a golden glove boxer) telling him how much he loved Ali and he wrote back. My husband couldn't believe it, I didn't tell him in case he didn't respond, it was very personal and I was so impressed that he took the time to answer.

He took a few cups of love. He took one tablespoon of patience, One teaspoon of generosity, One pint of kindness. He took one quart of laughter, One pinch of concern. And then, he mixed willingness with happiness. He added lots of faith, And he stirred it up well. Then he spread it over a span of a lifetime, And he served it to each and every deserving person he met. RIP MUHAMMAD ALI...

Sometimes (always) I think he was injected with Parkinson disease to stop him telling the truth in public, to slow down his brain and mouth so he cant influence milions of people because "rulers" know that mass of organised people can really change the world. Also i believe he is not the only victim of the "system" there are thousands of other through history but I better be quiet because maybe i get some penalty too.

And he was using his platform of fame to speak out clearly and aggressively to make points he wanted to make. Nothing like making a cheezy silent protest at an NFL game during the national anthem. If Kapernick believes what he is doing he should be relentless like the Champ here and have all the talking points ready. He didn't mix the two....the sporting entertainment people pay to see and the social activism on his own time. I admire him for refusing to fight in Vietnam.

If athletes and the likes of BLM carried his same message, they’d get a hell of a lot further than how they’re going about it today. He was outspoken but never dressed anyone down or used Marxist tactics or tried to shout down anyone else’s message. He tried to involve the opposition in solving the problems of the day instead of blaming them. I’ve seen many of Ali’s interviews and his solution was to always build generational wealth by making jobs for blacks and building their own communities up instead of taking a handout. He was a hell of a good man.

He was an icon, but you shouldn't base those thoughs on this bad take. This is one of Ali's worst opinions in his political activism. Wanting to actually divide america sounds like a good idea? Saying that people cannot mix? No.. we are all humans. America stands as a clear point to that, consisting of all kinds of european contries who are all so different from eachother.
@basedhellenism5382
@basedhellenism5382 Год назад
@@rihasanatrofolo2472 The ones who believe in equality must be stupid. By nature inequality have always existed and there were always superiorities and inferiorities. For example, white people and Asians were proven to score higher IQ than the average African and the average African was proven to better in physical activities due to hia connection with nature still. As Ancient Greeks said and was actually studied in modern science is that the memory of our ancestors is passed on us. By race-mixing you destroy that code. Race-mixing in nature hardly makes the off-spring survive since it's DNA code have been destroyed and is no longer resistand as much to deseases. This is not seen within humans since we got medicine, vaxs and clean inviroments to live in. Before you start telling me about DNA tests and what they reveal about ancestory, here is what I have to say, they are fake, take 3 different DNA tests and you will have 3 totally different results. Wake up to reality.

If you miss a someone , then it means that that you love that person and that you are a loving person. The person you miss may or may not be a loving person eg A girl loves her brother and misses him when he is not around, the brother however doesn't love or miss his sister....So my question is, who is better ? The one who misses someone or the person who is missed?? You feel ali is great because he will be missed by the whites, so my question is, aren't the whites (who actually would miss ali and black people as a whole)really loving people?? Aren't they ones you should be holding dear?? (Perhaps more so than ali? )......Food for thought...

My first words (I’m white) were ‘hamad Ali!’ My dad was a huge Muhammad Ali fan. When I was born in 1970, Ali was coming back after his 3 year lay off. By 1973/4 I was starting to talk- my dad decided to teach me the answer to a question- ‘WHO floats like a butterfly and stings like a bee?’ I learned to answer ‘Muhammad Ali!’ But I was too young to pronounce it, so all I could say was ‘Hamad Ali!’ When I was a teenager in 1985 I bought all the videos I could get of Muhammad Ali, and myself and my dad would watch them for HOURS and hours. Now- my dad landed on D Day in France and fought the Germans in Normandy, then up to Holland, Nijmegen Bridge, the Bulge northern shoulder, across into Germany, and down through Germany and was at the liberation of Belsen. He was 50 when I was born- so he was already 65 yr old when I was 15. But my dad lived to 92, we lost him New Year’s Day 2013. I spent QUALITY TIME with my dad always watching boxing, and some of my best memories watching The Greatest heavyweight ever to lace up the gloves. NO ONE COMES CLOSE. 💥🥊

What made Muhammad Ali so special was he had a lot of knowledge and wisdom inside and outside the ring. For example, when Ali and George Foreman fought at Rumble In The Jungle, Ali was like Sun Tzu's "Art of War": he developed strategy against Foreman to win the fight. Outside of the ring, he would tell people, "If somebody views life at 50 the same way they did at 20, then they have wasted 30 years of their life." In other words, the worst kind of time to have in your life is wasted time. Muhammad Ali will always and forever be the G.O.A.T.

Ali’s biggest legacy was his *character* The world has seen many a good sportsman. The world has seen many who have stood for change. Many who have made the world a better place. Many who have stood against racism and oppression. Many who were kind. What made Ali so unique? All of the above. However his biggest legacy of all is that of his character. He is called the greatest by so many and yet Muhammad Ali’s most famous quote is “God is the Greatest” He is called greatest by so many others because of his undeniable compassion and love for humanity yet he followed and lived his life in the footsteps of another man… loved and will be loved by so many until the very last day and beyond. Who is this man you ask? Well Muhammad Ali loved him so much *he named himself after him* Even until his departure, Muhammad Ali lay on his hospital bed listening to the Muslim call of prayer which goes “There is no God except Allah and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah”. Yes. We are talking about Prophet Muhammad. God’s peace and blessings on him forever and always. The outpouring of love for Muhammad Ali the boxer, the heartbreak of wanting him to be around, the awe of his compassion and kindness and how he changed this world for the better, only makes the mind boggle and wonder what was in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to see and live with Prophet Muhammad. How their hearts were elated to be among him. And torn at his departure. The same goes for Prophet Jesus. And other noble prophets of God. And yet all the Prophets of God, know Muhammad (peace be upon him) to be the best example of a human being who has ever walked this earth .It is no wonder the world was touched by the boxers character if he dedicated his entire life to following in the footsteps of Prophet Muhammad. May they be united in Paradise with the righteous. May God have mercy on Muhammad Ali. 🤲 Ameen
