I have tried it my body get sore due to fast bowling so when you do light excercise your body warms up and soreness gets reduced but as your body again cools down soreness comes again.. So truth is ki kuch bhi kr lo agr jyada soreness h to 4 din lgte hi h pura jaane me and agr roj massage kro to 3 din me chli jaaegi us se phle nhi...
