I think it's awesome that she uses oil and is still healthy at 70 amazing!!! There's plant base people w/health issues and are really strict as to what they eat. It's nice to see a variety of vegans and plant based people.

Come on people. The gorgeous lady made a mushroom chowder. If you’re unfortunate enough to be allergic to mushrooms, go look up a tomato soup or a spring vegetable soup. I started with the food combining just like Chef Babette about 35 yrs ago, however, have not stuck to the raw program all the time. Primarily raw is the way to go if you can. She lookd great! We are the same age but she in much better shape than me! I don't have a medical doctor either and no medication. My doctor is my chiropractor.

There are many brands and textures so I don't know which is better than another. It can be eaten as often as you want it, but it is high in fat, so you need to take that into consideration if weight loss is the goal,

I haven't had meat in 3 days, however I have consumed A LOT of cheese 😅 I want to give up cheese due to lactose intolerance but.... Yall keep me in mind please!
@toniliberty.... Going cold turkey without cheese (if you love it can be tough).......Just lessen the cheese amount you eat per serving, then eat it few days of the week only until you can eat meals w/o it. You can do it.🤗
By soaking nuts and seeds, you minimize or eliminate the nutritional inhibitors and other toxic substances as they are absorbed into the water. Without the inhibitors and toxic substances, the nutrients of the nuts and seeds are more readily available for absorption.
