Yes, Larnell and Louis together. OH YEAH! And yes, this is a Knower tune, as well as "I Remember." Michael League did some arranging on both tunes for the Puppies, but they are Knower pieces.
When she sings I come to think about some Japanese pop music. Something about the whole arrangement that reminds me of that. The ”craziness” together with the way she sings. I very much like how you compare the music with life! Chaos & serenity… 😌
This song got all in it what it needs to make me an addict. And yes, it really works now for several months. Real raw energy meets soft simple melody. Baaam!
Jeff, You and I have discussed Appalachian Spring before and hope remember my own affection for Vivaldi's Seasons...especially Winter. That said, I would enjoy giving me your
It is a KNOWER tune! You gotta check out the live version from their show in Stuttgart; Rai Thistlethwayte absolutely goes off on it. Best version of this song for me.
Hi Jeff😊. For this reaction - both fun and touching - thank you❤️. I was wondering …. whether you would enjoy listening to a jazz-infused really special musician not least singer (and song writer) in a league of her own - I would recommend you listening to and reacting to Melody Gardot💜🙏🏼. Maybe you know of her and mayby also of her history. She is unique in her presence, talent and sensibility for music and every single song and performance is special imo. One suggestion to begin with could be “Love me like a river does”: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-w9hnq0pnWGQ.html But really, I can’t think of af song of hers (singing and playing the piano or guitar), which is not enriching to listen to. At the concerts I have been so lucky to experience live with her and her amazing band, I tell you - no small talk anywhere - you could hear a needle drop to the floor, and you almost forgot to breathe …. I hope, you will enjoy - may you have a wonderful weekend☀️💚🤗.
Thank you so much💚. Me, too - why I also love your reactions and sharings❤️🤗. Which reminds me: Which interpretation of “Appalachian Spring” by Copland is your favorite? Been listening to Bernstein so far😊.
Hey Jeff, you don't have to do a reaction on this girl, but please lord, listen to Yebba, one particular tune is Boomerang for her skill, and the other is My Mind which shows how emotionally driven she is... You'll go down anther rabbit hole.
Loved the tune and the energy in the room! I would have preferred a vocalist who had a more mature voice. By that I mean someone who had a more piercing and focused pitch center.
Thanks, Jeff. Love that Puppy! Hey, here's a fun video of Henrik Linder back in 2010 playing in a band called Blowsight. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WlY-7VrXL5c.html
