This elvis is even better than 68 comeback so he got better with age for a short time. The 68 comeback is painful to watch it was on TV last night he really looked like the king wearing a crown of thorns.

IMO every song he did in the 70's is a masterpiece. My favorite Elvis' years, musically speaking :) Pieces of my life, bringin' it back, how the web was woven, funny how time slips away, the sound of your cry, the next step is love, i really don't want to know, etc. I could keep going lol
Elvis I loved Elvis 1956 2022 to me his looks and his voice only got better I would say it was maybe Blessed maybe it was the last year or six months of his life was starting to lose it but the boys never filtered and the face even though it might be a little bloated and he still was a gorgeous guy all the Charisma and Stage presence that any Entertainer would love to have AKA Elvis Junkie

Love the song. Elvis always did put in 100% when doing a song. I'm 65 years old and was around to see his '68 special and aloha from hawaii Concerts and also his last concert in '77. Great Voice, very special man, great talent.

My entire life I have really enjoyed Elvis. His music and his movies. Now I know why I love his music. He is a fantastic story teller not unlike Frank Sinatra.

I love it when Elvis sings ballads, he always puts so much emotion in them that they sound personal. Which after the split with Pricilla alot of them were such as separate ways written by Red West. He sang quite a few songs during that period that Red West wrote. Charley Hodge said even though Elvis didn't write songs he would tell Red a topic and Red would write the song. Alot of people don't know that Red wrote alot of songs not just for Elvis but other famous singers. He also was in alot of movies while Elvis was making movies but after Elvis passed to. It's amazing how Elvis had so many people around him that after he died went on to great success. Seems he had great instincts on picking people from the best muscians, backup singers, quartets and bodyguards that were the best in the business!(the bodyguards comment, comes from the police depts that also worked security at his concerts where ever he played)
