💯 this is one of the reasons why I like it so much. It doesn't just boil down to one special OP protagonist in a 1v1 fight. Everyone in the Demon Slayer Corps. sacrificed, worked together and contributed in their own way to defeat the Big Bad in the final battle.

Examples : Demons not directly turned into one by Muzan : Spider family : Aside from Rui, a lower rank, the other spiders definitely could be immediately killed by this guy's art, or at least, be weakened by it through trapping. They're all almost attack and assassination based too, just like Distraction Guy. Though, knowing we don't even see the guy nearby ( or at least, from what I remember in the manga ), his attacking range is large, possibly as big or maybe even bigger than Mother Spider's. I'm convinced Father Spider would be able to break free from his spikes somehow due to physical strength, but Distraction Guy could also probably repeatedly impale him repeatedly too. I'm saying that it's possible because even the KING OF DEMONS can be impaled by his spikes- and yes I know Muzan's weakened, but I doubt that it's gotten extreme already. Yushiro : Another demon not created by Muzan. I'm pretty sure he can only aid in helping people see or hide with his talismans. Gamewise, he's a support role. Then, to the demons we know Muzan directly turned into one : Hand Demon : He's been alive since Urokodaki's prime. And yes, while he may have been weak during that and was only able to live because of the Final Selection, he lived until Urokodaki got old and retired. He lived until one of Urokodaki's students became a Hashira. He lived to witness the start of Tanjiro's journey. Susamaru and Yahaba : Able to grow two more pair of arms? Strike multiple powerful balls everywhere? Could FREAKING TWIST YOUR BODY INTO A PRETZEL?? Without Yushiro and Tamayo, I doubt Tanjiro and Nezuko could've defeated those two. And yes, again, Tanjiro was weak but could you see the power of those two? Distraction Guy's probably on the same level as they are- or at least, near it. If you compare these two sides of none ranked demons, Muzan's creations are much more powerful. So it's definitely why Mr. Distraction was that strong. We could also compare it to the demons who broke out of Muzan's curse but this reply would be sm more longer. So just try to make sense of the strengths of Nezuko and Tamayo if you'd like. But one reminder for Nezuko's part because this one would be quite unfair knowing Tamayo's been centuries old : In season one, she burned Rui's threads using her demon art. The kid's a freaking lower rank demon while she's pretty much another none ranked.

Gyutaro/daki are strong cuz douma was turned BY muzan so the effect of muzan's blood isn't as diluted.
