MX Sport vs Iron

I'd like to see that brush, nails and coin buried 4-6 inches down, then do all those tests.... I've never been impressed with air tests... go to an old house site that's loaded with iron and do some live digs. HH

I live in Oregon. I own many detectors. I have been digging since 1977....Just a few... Etrac, F75SE, F44, AT Pro, Whites MXT ALL PRO... I may have to try one of these too :). Great video. The Deus is just a beep and dig detector. Yes it is fast, separates well... but you have no idea what your digging. So yes you have to dig it all. Try using a Deus in a nice lawn. It will look like a mine field when your done. I can do a nail test with others machines but the only ones that will still see the target are the Etrac and the F75SE..... Gary from Oregon.

If you can do a test like the link I posted below that would be awesome!! Put the coin 4 inches below and in between the nails !! I'd be amazed if it can do what the deus did!!!!

Hey it looks great! But as European digger do we get a version without those text target approximations? We don't have US pennies or quarters here so i would be happier with just the VDI number and tones :)

Okay here's the thing I do a lot of Civil War Relic hunting and you're very old Nails say made in the early 1800s they used everything they used copper whatever metal leftover they just threw it in there the blacksmith so if anyone thinks that most nails from the early 1800s or just iron nope

How does the MX differ from the new GMX coming out? Seriously looking at Whites for my next detector. I have the TRX pinpointer and is my go to pinpointer. The GMX has peaked my interest but didn't find a lot on it.

Impressive iron test! How well does the MX Sport handle hot rocks in gold areas in Prospecting Mode? Can it run stable over wet black sand salt water beaches in Beach Mode? I do have a PI for these areas, but it would be great to have a waterproof do it all MD too.

The mx sport is no good at discriminate iron… no matter the setting you set it slow you down a lot when searching ..pitty ..and in water its no good at all… so close to beeing a really good machine….and yes i have experiance… tried and ownd most md machines for 41years now..it works good if the ground dont have iron in it… but thats few almost non existing places… lol… thaw its one of the deepest going md out there… but it cant help.. soo i dont use it anymore
