@@dirtcobain7777 Randall RGOD preamp works for me. Dime Distortion requires all the bass, almost no mids and all the treble + all the gain. At least that’s what I understood when tried that pedal in a store. I’m pretty sure you can find a sweet spot with Boss Metal Zone frequency knobs for it to sound similar to Randalls. IIRC, RGOD was discontinued.
@@thewhalenorman Honestly the Metal Zone going into the effects loop of a decent head. Then a decent cab with the right settings. You can get really close to that dimebag/Randall sound. I got a pretty decent sound with an old practice amp even for what it was. You just have to work with what you have. But its always nice to upgrade to get a really solid, and usable tone
