I occasionally make delicious curry. That happened tonight! That was so delicious, so I wrote a recipe. I post a link below.
I also made hot spring eggs called "onsen tamago" as a topping for the curry.
For the side dish, I made some country potatoes using rare potatoes called Awakening of Inca, or "Inca-no-mezame" in Japanese.
