Hi I’m Sinapon. How’s it going? Welcome to Sinapon Cooks from a Japanese kitchenet and thank you very much for watching!
On this channel, you'll see my daily cooking from my real kitchenet. My dishes are mostly Japanese homemade meals.
Some of my videos provide step-by-step directions, especially for cooking beginners. Some of the other videos are less instructional, just getting ready for dinner. Many of them include ASMR moments
I need your understanding and respect for Japanese food culture. Seafood plays an important role, and someone has to prepare it. Otherwise NO sushi. It's not my intention to make you uncomfortable. I have gratitude and respect for food. Thank you for your understanding.
Recipe: Some videos come with a separate recipe. So please look for a link in the description of each video.
Hi. Thank you for leaving a comment.😊 The noodle itself is the same thing. The Japanese love to eat this chilled ramen during summer. So the soup is sour.
Hi. I used to make this sauce with sake. Now I use very cheep wine that Suntory makes, probably for cooking. The label says "slightly dry." Thank you for your comment. 😊
Hi. I rewatched this video. I'm sorry that it was hard to understand visually because I didn't put numbers on the screen. It was my early video and immature. I will cook gyoza again soon and make an understandable video. Thank you for watching. 😊
Hi, after I posted my previous message, I realized that you are asking for a printable recipe. So I wrote one. The link is in the description of this video. I hope it helps. 😊
Love it, the squid looked so yummy :p ! I'll be going to japan soon and I hope the food looks and taste as good as what you make on video. You should totally make a little Sinapon chibi icon or a character to accompany your subtitles, intro and outro.
I'm sure that you will be more interested in watching my videos after your Japan visit. Yeah, I wanted to make a bowing kind of my character or something. I've been using only what comes with my movie editor app. I appreciate your suggestion. 😺
I love the content. Congrats on your growth ! I see you've gained so many new subscribers :D. Personally I liked the asmr and silent subtitles aesthetic more than the A.I. voice but i'll support regardless. Keep going :)
I believe you are my first guest. Thank you for visiting again. I always wonder if my viewers prefer listening or reading, so I appreciate your comment on that.
Seems like it's more related to Salisbury Steak than actual HAMBURGER hamburger, as in a pure meat patty that's salted and peppered on the outside, in buns, with some salad and maybe cheese to make it a cheeseburger. But a Salisbury Steak variation can be really good, especially one that looks like it has more of a wine-based sauce, cool video! 🙂
Thank you for your comment. This style of hamburger has been believed as the hamburger in Japan for long time. I've never heard of the name Salisbury Steak. I googled it and you're right! :)

Can you tell me how original taste of natto is like, and the texture, please? They look "interesting", but most non-Japanese people who've been there and eaten that find it "quite funny". And I'm not sure what that means.
It's difficult to describe the taste. You'd feel resistant to the smell. After trying it several times, I was able to eat it. I would never eat it if it wasn't good for me. 😉
