Yeah it's great isn't it! Love this style and also like the style where it's a lot more laid back and he is just chatting to the camera, vlog style I guess
Wow, the beginning of that video was just perfection from a cinematic point of view. Well done, and of course, thanks for sharing your insights regarding "diet" etc.
paused this video just 20 seconds in to write this. I'm not massively into the gym and never been on a diet but I like you and just like listening to you. you are a good storyteller. and I gotta say you have a lovely way of filming shiz. Not sure if you've had a break or YT has just stopped putting you in my watch list cause I've not seen you all year. Anyway hope you are good pal
You've been a true inspiration for my through the past couple years and really have helped a lot, the search of the "natural" high you referenced inspired me to change a lot of my habits and for that I thank you, also, your other channel about finances helped me get an idea on how to start really managing my finances, since I'm 21 and I've been living by myself since 17, after you posted your first video in that channel is where I learned how to actually budget and I finally saved some money. I miss your content in fundamental finance bro, thanks for all the knowledge you share
Thanks for this brother. Been loving watching your videos throughout my journey over the last 2 years, currently on a 2250 daily average cutting before summer here, much love from Australia ♥️
Literally OBSESSED with the videography and edit to the point that I’ve never commented on a RU-vid video… until now. Top quality content as always with the sickest editing skills
Dang we’ve really seen our boy Joe grow up and mature throughout the years. Man went from “mum-worryingly shredded” to “parentally-concerning lean” 1:47 lol
Been watching you since 2015 or so, and recently my gf broke up with me, your videos on this channel and the second one has helped me a lot during these times, your videography and sense of humor calms me a lot, thanks Joe.
Sick video man, been lacking a lot of energy when hitting the gym that's been making me sluggish during workouts and therefore kinda doing it half assed. Definitely gonna try this diet but slightly modified, seems like a flexible and easily manageable diet that doesn't break the bank or time.
That lunch salad looks bomb. I appreciate you know seasoning and don't skimp on good fats with nuts and olive oil. All important and proper care of ingredients. I also love the filming. Its borderline ASMR!
Looking noticeably sharper n leaner in this vid, highlighting need for periodic fat loss phases to sharpen up as maintenance is actually barely noticeable surplus
I started having these £0.45 ASDA porridge pots in the morning. Absolute game changer. I recommend it to anyone who has a habit of eating calorie bombs for lunch. It slows down your hunger tremendously
Always love your videos, you’ve perfected health and wellness i swear. If you had your own health and wellness app id buy it, and I’m cheap af so that says a lot
@@fabiansandoval6132 what that almond breeze at the beginning? People really just come on here to talk lol. I think you misunderstood me though went i said health and wellness. Its not just diet, its the way he creates and edits his videos, his work outs, overall diet is probably in the top 20% of being healthy in regards to keeping his physique. Little processed almond milk cant be any worse than a drinking from a plastic water bottle.
@@Nevil_Samnauth just dont be saying hes perfected health and wellness then. Because he has not. He has definitely found a great way to eat for him and his body but perfection? Far from it.
You look like a mix between Sam Worthington and who i image Isaac Clarke would look like from dead space. With all the soft greys and coffee and waking up scene youd do well in an Aliens franchise movie. Good intro and good pacing.
Hats off to you brother, I do my best, train hard, diets not great, and I have to have a beer or 10 once a week or fortnight. I just couldn’t go through what you do. Then again, I’m 43 and a papa now! I admire your commitment though.
Great video...parental concern 🤗.....I went from 105kg to 84kg and before dropping to 79kg (wantedto be 3/4s of the 105kg me) had to explain to my dad it was fine....I was 38 years old at the time 😅
This comment inspired me….I’m almost 38 and the heaviest I’ve ever been at 112. Must admit I was wondering if it’s even worth bothering with at this age. But it obviously is……so thanks. Am well done!!!
@@benhassell3030 cheers 👍 I can wholeheartedly tell you it's most definitely worth bothering and all considered it's not a huge amount of bother. If you're watching Mr Delaney's videos you most definitely have the will 🙃👍
Does it matter if your carb/ fat is higher towards fat? (Healthy fats) My current intake carbs 153 g fat 173 protein 140g. Trying to put on weight. I'm 69kg 5'10
yo how do u do incline bench press? like how do u feel it in ur chest? idk if its the positioning of the height of the bench but i just dont feel it in my chest. when I do bench press i feel it like a mffff directly in my chest but for incline i feel it more in my biceps and i think a bit front delts just not chest
