Hi Will Love your channel What would you recommend for wrestlers and judo players? Is something like this appropriate/necessary or is the high intensity conditioning of sparring in this type of grappling sufficient as is? I appreciate there is a lot of moving parts so you can't answer with huge certainty

I have never worked with wrestlers or judo before and don’t think I am a a great resource for this question, but I would think the sport itself and the practice of the sport would provide high quality conditioning alone.

Endurance training reduces power. Better to concentrate on strength, power, and speed in the gym and get your conditioning from playing your sport.
