Hi Will Love your channel What would you recommend for wrestlers and judo players? Is something like this appropriate/necessary or is the high intensity conditioning of sparring in this type of grappling sufficient as is? I appreciate there is a lot of moving parts so you can't answer with huge certainty
I have never worked with wrestlers or judo before and don’t think I am a a great resource for this question, but I would think the sport itself and the practice of the sport would provide high quality conditioning alone.
