for the people switching to a new workout: that is why you’re not getting results..you have to be consistent, not just for a week. “In two weeks you’ll feel it. In four weeks you’ll see it. In eight weeks, you’ll hear it.” *invest in your body* and eat better !! i see comments saying they gained more fat which is impossible, eat less, move more !

actually you shouldn’t follow the same workout everyday, since you’re gonna get used to it and stop seeing results. so switching is okay once the workout is no longer effective.

Doing this for a week Starting date: (06.01.2024) Day 1: ☑️ feel good after doing it Day 2: ☑️ and i did walking for 45 min today Day 3: ☑️ and 30 min walking while watching phone Day 4:☑️ did 30 min of walking too Day 5:☑️ did 1 hr walking Day 6:☑️ did 30 min of walk Day 7:☑️ did 45 min of walking My thighs are looking little slimmer than before not too much but yeah a little bit ! If you want visible results then try it for 2 weeks or atleast a month it depends on body of an individual. I don't usually see results fast .so, it may also take time for you JUST DON'T GIVE UP FIGHTING!!

I worked out a lot during lockdown and made my body 49 kg But after 4 month I got 55 kg again. So I started doing this. It's so tiring 😭 but I'll not give up

hi! I'm starting this workout, and i’m so excited! doing this for 2 weeks ( every day except Sunday ( maybe ) weight 53 kg R thigh 50 cm L thigh 50 cm day 1: 07.11.23 ✅ it was harder than I expected day 2: 08.11.23 ✅ I feel burning so much 💥 day 3: 09.11.23 ✅ did it 💪🏻 feeling burn 🔥 so much day 4: 10.11.23 ✅ feeling burning but it gets easier day 5: 11.11.23 ✅ it was hard after 2 hours dancing sunday ❌ day 6: 13.11.23 ✅ day 7: 14.11.23 ✅ not hard but not easy day 8: 15.11.23 ✅ feeling burn but it easy day 9: 16.11.23 ✅ i was in a good mood so it was easy day 10: 17.11.23 ✅ busy but done day 11: 18.11.23 ✅ hard because doing it after two hours dancing sunday ❌ but i danced for two hours day 12: 20.11.23 ✅ done, it was hard because of crepatura day 13: 21.11.23 ✅ i was busy but did it day 14 🎉: 22.11.23 ✅ done that’s my last day, did I do one workout for 14 days? this is the first time because I quit a lot of training halfway through, I am proud of my willpower but unfortunately I didn't lose any centimeters (it's sad) but I think it's because I didn't change my diet + I have an hourglass figure and for this type of figure it's hard to lose cm in the lower part of the body

Starting measurements: Thigh: 18-19 in (45-48 cm) Calf: ??? (I didn’t measure) Current measurements: Thigh: 17 in (43 cm) Calf: 11 in (27 cm) Goals: Thigh: under 15 in (38 cm) or so Calf: idk just under 11 in (27 cm) - thigh gap - straight legs (which I’m using april Han’s workout for) - long legs/height growth (stretches!!) (Mine is rectangle) - I have high metabolism/ectomorph - I don’t do any other form of exercise (like sports) I only do workouts for an hour a day - I stretch at night and throughout the day - DRINK WATER! If you bloat, do bloating exercises (I do Gloria song’s) - I’m a teenager - 40 kg/ 87 pounds About this workout: - The Japanese method REALLY WORKS!! I just lay with my legs against the wall while doing something, such as listening to music or talking to friends Good luck!!

This is my first time trying this but this is literally so effective. I’ve been doing exercises for slimmer legs but I don’t feel any effect and burn but this one is the right exercise for me because it has the burn and I have a feeling I will get nice results from this. Thank you 💗

doing this for 2 weeks! ( i do it once everyday ) day 1: ✅ started off really good! the workout was easy and i def felt some burn on my legs! day 2:✅ it got easier for me but no results yet! day 3:✅ nothing much but i did feel a little burn day 4:❌ didnt get to do it cuz i had homework day 5:✅ i could see that my calves did get slightly slimmer! day 6:✅ my calves got a lot slimmer and i also see a bit more of a thigh gap!

hi everyone i just wanted to thank you all and oppserve for motivating me a lot and other channels i have discovered, i started to work out around August or October, i measured my leg and it was 49cm and i kept working hard and found motivating comments to help me push myself and remind myself not to give up so a few days ago i decided to measure my legs again, the final results were 42cm thank you so much everyone and i watched april han, oppserve, and home fitness challenge if you want to get really fast results pls get a really effective workout on each of them and do each of then twice a day, thank you!!

I have tried it but didn't do the measurements so let me do it now and let's see it after next 7 days, Tbh after some days of trying this I feel like my thighs have tighten more I don't no about anything so here are the measurements Thigh (L)- 22 Thigh (R)- 22 Calf (L) - 13 Calf (R) - 13 Hips- 36 Knee (L) -14.5 Knee (R) - 14.6 (After 2 week) Thigh (L)- 21.3 Thigh (R)- 21.4 Calf (L) - 12.6 Calf (R) - 12.7 Hips- 35.6 Knee (L) - 14.5 Knee (R) - 14.5 (remind me after 7 days please!) Update : I'll do it for 7 days more I lost total Thigh (L)- 0.7cm Thigh (R)- 0.6cm Calf (L) - 0.4 cm Calf (R) - 0.3 cm Hips- 0.4cm Knee (L) - 0cm Knee (R) - 0cm My body is that type of body that takes time to let the workout actually work I'm happy with the results, maybe didn't got the fast results because she mentioned it to do it before sleep but I used to do it like at evening I don't know if that's the case but I'll see still do the excercise and this time I'll try to do it before sleeping... That's all thank you!

I really felt the burn in this workout and the stretch felt really good. I use to be tall for my age, now I'm avarage but even though I have a pretty good height but my legs look short. Especially in a mini dresses, can't wait to get results. I was using this for my leg day workout but she did say to do this every night so maybe I'll ad unto my leg days. Good luck everyone!

this is such a meditative, and beginner friendly workout. the first side thigh lifts doesn’t do much for me, so i just do glute bridges. i do feel the Japanese methods working tho! love you Juliana 💗💗

I encountered this video a while ago and I never skip a day every night on this workout. Although its not even a week yet but I'm sure this one works for me. The sore in my legs had disappeared after working out for the first time again. Now I'll be doing leg workout during the night only. I could actually see my legs are more light and free compare to before. Maybe I need a workout after all.

Started doing this exercise: Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Finally! Completed a week of doing this. It has worked for me, I noticed that my legs are slimmer. Gotta try for another week 😊 #goals Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ just measured my legs and thighs, both each lost 2 cm. So glad with the results ❤ Day 10: ❌ Had to skipped a day due to colds 🤧 Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ Day 15: ✅ Completed! Legs and thighs are noticibly slimmer compared to when I started. I also feel lighter and my love handles are lessen. Thank you oppserve for this amazing workout. Will continue to workout as part of my weight loss journey 😊

A few tips for some people not seeing results, When I started exercising a year ago I had delt with a lot of muscle inflammation after pushing them too far, Making me loose will to continue, but after 1-2 days of letting my muscles relax, I saw them results and decided to just take it a bit easier too stop them from infaming as badly again, I have unfortunately gained it back though so back to exercising 😢 😭 So far this specific tutorial seems to be working

HIII I wanted to try it out and keep you updated Start: Thighs :52cmR Calves:36cmR Thighs :52cmL Calves35,5cmL It was quiet easy it’s was a little painful but not really I did this twice a day along with Roberts’s Gym 9minute workout and a kpop dance 30min session (I’m not really dieting just two meals a day) Day2:I woke up with extreme pain in the legs but still did the workout twice again with Roberta’s Gym and a dance session it was harder to do but I did it anyways Thighs :50cm(I was so surprised) Calves:36cm Day3:Did this today with no pain very easy did it along with the slim calves exercises and a dance session Thighs:50cm Calves:35,5cm Day4:I did very easily twice (when I woke up and before going to bed ) I did sweat a lot I got amazing results in just 4 days Thighs :49cm Calves:35cm Day5:did this along with 8ce skating for 2 hours was very sore but didn't bother me Thighs:47,5 Calves:33cm Day6:skip Day7: MY legs are so much thinner Thighs:45cm Calves:32cm You should give it a shot

doing this for a few weeks!! info :: • thighs : 44.5cm • left calf : 33cm • right calf : 32cm • this workout + thank you bubu calves stretching (highly reccomend !! :D) Day 1: ✅ 15/8 it wasnt hard. I love how its a lay down workout! feeling motivated 😼 Day 2: ❎ 16/8 i was rlly busy today and just didnt have the energy TT Day 3: ✅ 17/8 i barely made it out alive doing the inner leg lifts lmaoo Day 4 : ✅ 18/8 leg lifts are getting better yuhhh Day 5: ❎ 19/8 i was so tired 😭😭 had 3hours of sleep and went out today omg.. Day 6: ✅ 20/8 went by smoothly! Though when i do the leg kick back (left) my inner knee hurts a bit 😭 Day 7: ❎ 21/8 got my period 💔 Day 8: ❎ 22/8 Day 9: ❎ 23/8 Day 10: ✅ 24/8 YUHHH WE BACK AT IT AGAIN 😼😼 Day 11: ✅ 25/8 it was rlly easy today! I did Kung-Fu when I was 6 until 11, so my legs are super bulky. I hope this exercise will make them slimmer! Please remind me so I can give a 1 week update 1 week update: I’d definitely recommend! I now have a visible gap, though I will be continuing. I also did more workouts by the way, I’m 5‘1, 55kg, 13, and did this once a day evening including 3-5 other exercises with daily walks. just saying to everyone, to see small results it will take 4-6 weeks but to see major results it will take 8-12 weeks. stay consistent and work hard

Started it on 20/6/2023. (5x everytime, everyday for 1 week) Thighs : 43cm (😭) Calves : 31cm (😢) Day 1 : ✅ (I love the burn. At night, I saw my thighs got 40 cm and calves are 28cm😍. This big change on the first day motivated me to keep going☺ So now -3cm.) Day 2 : ✅ (It was a little easier and I again lost 3cm so now my thighs are 37cm and calves are 25cm😍) Day 3 : ✅ (Like the past two days, I've lost 3cm. Now my thighs are 34cm and calves are 22cm☺💜) Day 4 : ✅ (Now my legs look like how I wanted it to be but still it's not done yet. I've again lost 3cm. My thighs are now 31cm and calves are 19cm😍💜☺) Day 5 : ✅ (Being the mirror for the past days, I have again lost 3cm. So my thighs are now 28cm and calves are 16cm.😮☺💜🔥) Day 6 : ✅ (Waaaaahhh~ My thighs are 25cm and calves are 13cm. I am sooo happy☺💜) Day 7 : ✅ (The last day and the results are sooooo beautiful! My thighs are 22cm and calves are 10cm!!!!!! OMO! I'll continue this as a daily routine and I hope it will be beautiful. doing this for 30 days thigh measurement: 22 inches day 1(july 19 2023): did this while im on my period. it wasnt very easy bcs i havent worked out for a long time and i gained alot of weight- My thighs doesnt have a gap and my calves got bigger i don't like it. I tried my best but i stopped at exercise 10 cus my legs r cramping. I'll try and do this everyday and update day 2 (july 20 2023): ✅ i did it but i stopped at exercise 6 cus my legs r cramping soo bad (ive done other workouts bfore doing this) day 3 (july 21 2023): I didn't do it, because my legs just couldn't do it and it is sooo sore😓 but i still did some cardio day 4 (july 22 2023): It's my restday saturday! but i'll go back on track tmrw day 5 (july 23): i did itt!!✅ day 6 (july 24) ✅ day 7 (july 26) ✅ day 8 (july 27) ✅ day 9 (july 28) ✅ day 10 (july 29) ✅

tried for two days at night and my legs seems so much toned and slimmer already! tysm sis edit- i did this almost everyday for 2 weeks expect 2-4 days cuz i was feeling lazy lmao but it really works !! i got slim calves and thighs of what i hv desired of

let me also try this exercise since there are a lot of positive feedbacks. The most insecure part of my body is my thigh and butt. So i'll give this a try.(ps.i'll also be incorporating chloe ting's 15 mins full body workout) current measurement: thigh- 62 cm day1: ✅ Wasn't that bad. Beginner friendly. ( tip: Personally for me slow tempo music makes the exercise feel longer. so i listened to some of my fav songs while doing this and the time went by so quick.) day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ day 4 : ✅ Day 5 : (had to prepare for test) Day 6 : ( I got busy watching bp final🤧)

Ok I’m starting this exercise today so make sure to like to remind me Ok a bit of info bout me. I’m 15 ,59kg and a dancer who loves food and for some reason all that food went down into my thighs and now I have a pear shape body, which I’m fine with tbh but the size of my thighs has kinda gotten out of control that’s why I’m doing this workout Edit-I completely forgot bc stuff happened but I’m back and ima do it now, I’m determined to get down my thighs and arms. I’m doing this while also dancing everyday so I’m hoping it will work faster Day 1-✅it hurt a lot but I’m determined soo I will power through, watched a show while doing it and it helped. Day 2 ❌ skipped, too tired Day 3-✅- got through it while watching TikTok, got easier but stilll burns Day 4-✅ nearly skipped but powering through,I’ve gone down 4cm from the original 58cm I was! I’m so happy as it gives me joy and motivation to keep going ! Day5- ✅ nearly DIDNT get to do it as I’m grounded which isn’t great but still did it ( I got grounded for not wearing slippers around the house 💀) I had a show and got burnt out from it so it’s been a week, but I’m back at it! Day 6-✅- felt so guilty about skipping it that I’m back! I was able to feel like less pain bc I counted the seconds and it distracted my mind 😊

starting this! 9/9/23✅: did this, super good and felt the burn! 9/10/23❌: too tired bc of figure skating practice 9/11/23✅: yesss!!! much easier now! 9/12/23✅: finished! easy!!! 9/13/23✅: so easy, and very calming now! i did stretches afterwards 9/14/23✅: did it!

doing this!!! and updating ⭐️ day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ went for a walk in the morning and did this workout but in less time day 3: ✅ walked 4km and did this at night! day 4: ✅ did it at morning day 5: ✅ (it’s friday and almost don’t do it) day 6: ✅ finished!! it didn’t hurt that much day 7: ✅ did it!! finally finished a week!! idk if I can really see a difference but i can feel the burn week 2!!! day 8: ✅ did it i really felt my legs burning and they hurt a little bit but it’s not that hard to do it! day 9: ✅ doneeee people have told me i look more skinny recently and today I did some sports and I felt really light! day 10: ✅ it didn’t hurt!! i feel my legs a little big more skinny just a tiny bit but I will keep doing this workout! day 11: ❌ didn’t do it i was lazy 😭 day 12: ❌ day 13: ❌ day 14: ✅ it’s Monday soooo I started again day 15: ✅ (counting it as day 12)

hello!! I just saw this workout and decided to do it! I don't have a measuring tape to measure myself, but I think if there is a change, I will notice it. Also i go 3x a week to the gym (I'm still a beginner but I do on machines for legs!! and cardio about 230calori) I drink a lot of water and walk about 8-10k steps every day; sometimes more. The worst copes with the diet (caloric deficit) but I hope that it will work!! good luck everyone
