My Ayahuasca Experience in 2020 - ego death, spiritual rebirth, and healing the divine feminine 

I did ayahuasca back in February and now planning on doing it again this month. It was the most beautiful thing that I have ever experienced. The group consisted of 4 of us in total, all women as well, nothing but feminine energy in the room, it was beautiful and I loved that. I went in with too many expectations and that’s where I went wrong. I didn’t get much out of my first experience but I still experienced a few things. After taking the first dose, within 10 minutes someone threw up, it was a domino effect for the rest except for me. Probably due to a number of reasons...anxiety, emotional blockage, etc. 30 mins had passed and nothing, and that’s when the facilitator tapped me and asked, “Are you okay?” and I said, “I’m not feeling anything” and he went and prepared me the second dose and I took it....the rest is a long story but once you experience that there’s so much more out there, the more that you want to experience the unknown. You’re such a beautiful person, you have a natural aura. I’m curious, where did you do your ceremony at? I’m from Los Angeles.

Your face is absolutely beaming with happiness when you speak about your experience. I really hope to get even a taste of this on my first Ayahuasca experience next month!

A rhetoric question for you yourself regarding your (or whoever wrote it) description being really awesome: “When your heart is open, life is a series of shortcuts to manifesting everything your authentic self desires. When your heart is open you experience a sense of ease and gratitude and excitement for the journey it takes you on. When our heart is open we can love unconditionally, and let others come and go from our life without attachments. It is the ultimate definition of freedom. And with it comes absolute Alignment.” When the loss of living force comes falling, can you stay aligned (true to above magic)? Saw many charismatic people confusing the health-n-youth with "happiness". To me, dealing with those high realities is indeed opening, yet, there is mud awaiting us and when one forgets it, then the powerful statement of Kathy Bates from "American Horror Stories" rings true: "The biggest mistake you can make is to believe you are in control.", something like that.

5-MeO-DMT Sapo Bufo Alvarius. After 3 years of reading and watching thousands of videos the opportunity to have this experience was put in front of me. It was through the Seri tribe of Sonora the Coomcaac, who at all times cared and guided my path, with their traditional power songs that gave me security, respect, direction and understanding. First a clean one with sage for protection and balance on the road. Then it was time to inhale through a pipe and keep the smoke inside as long as possible. In a matter of a few seconds I felt as if I had left my physical body and could see from another dimension my facilitators, brothers, shamans or whatever you like to call them. To later feel like I was in another place where time did not exist, everything had disappeared, it was just "me", my energy, my being in a state of literal NOTHING. I remember the fear of that feeling although I did not feel much resistance to let go I am very aware that the more you cling to control and seek answers you can not control anything by accepting and releasing "EGO" then you begin to feel life who you are who you stopped being and who you will be now in today. I remember and this with time I revived many things. The not so good in this life, the sadness, pain, childhood traumas and I felt and saw like a little movie and extremely fast short of all the evil on the planet the wars the destruction the injustices, the lack of empathy and it was very hard. But also once I let go of that, he forgave me and my family for everything and everyone. I left behind the unnecessary burdens, the guilt of others that one carries through time, and something beautiful was to recognize so many things that one wastes time trying to prove that one is right in this or that, that it no longer has any meaning. I learned that everyone has their own time and process and that it is not up to me to guide the decisions or behavior of others. I learned that I cannot and will not be the trouble bag that I keep and fill me with feelings that do not belong to me. I realized how there were people in my life who used blackmail in order to manipulate situations where I did not have to be part of these life games. A lot of people left my life and others stayed behind to contribute nice, positive things. Every day I learn new things. I also remember that before I came back I saw 8 luminous beings with silhouettes. I did not see their faces, 4 on each side, moving energy like tetris in my back specifically and in my body as if taking out and rearranging what was wrong, a kind of movement that for some reason made me feel good and freed me from many things that I did not understand. I know that we maintained and until now less intense a kind of telepathic communication and another interesting thing was to understand that our senses are limited in this plane because we can feel music, smell colors, hear sensations and breathe through our vision, it sounds confusing, doesn't it? But who lives this will understand that everything is possible that everything is perfect. My approximate time was a total of 30-45 minutes, the most intense as 8 or 9 minutes. I remember that when I came back I was already another person, lighter, confident, humble, grateful and with an immense self-love to God as I understood that universal being represented not in a cross, but in EVERYTHING in the trees, in the land, in the sea, in the animals, in the pure smile of the children in my acts or in any person with empathy, respect and nobility that is in everyone and in everything that is God for me. Hence my understanding that WE ARE ALL ONE. When I came back I cried a lot asking for forgiveness again and again for the damage done to the planet and I did not stop giving thanks for allowing me to be alive after having "touched" death and to return conscious and strong as a warrior, as a wonderful and unique being. The return is not easy since one leaves everything but you are already back free and clean of the soul and it is your turn now, to start the real work that is to reincorporate yourself to this planet earth and to the surface. It is not only your return but also the realization and the awareness that you have changed, but the world around you is the same as when you left. My most beautiful learning is that my happiness resides in me and although the others bring their stones I no longer worry about catching them and it feels INCREDIBLE! 0 guilt, I send you light and love I wish you well but it is no longer in me to guide the crooked path or not of others. There are moments in which the external noise was difficult for me to digest, the empty talks, the gossips, the unnecessary criticisms is as if one had a filter that detects the toxic that generates an incomidibility to the soul and to your energy as never before. 2 nights where sentī return to the state of the ceremony and at the beginning it gave me a little fear but the truth today I adore it (the so called reactivations) lucid dreams and others of beautiful fractals, and until today I repeat not with the same intensity as before. I have always been very sensitive to energīas and this opens up a lot more for you. I think that the medicine or tool that this toad gives us is for everyone, although maybe not for everyone. From my point of view it is important to know that once you are there there is no turning back, it is NOT a game or recreational drug, it gives you in the soul it is intense and it is important to have follow-up or support available if necessary with facilitators or people who understand what @%#%%^*% you are talking about when you are in the process of your new and improved self! I am grateful to the universe for putting this medicine in my path to beautiful people who follow in my path to my cosmic family to God for allowing me to be the best version of me. I wish that this or any other molecule of God, of the Pachamama that touches your life, will allow you to be happier. Light on your paths, love what the world needs most. HAAXA TIIPE to all! 🙏🐸❤

Thank you for sharing this. I just had my first experience and although it was profound and life changing in every sense of the word, I did not experience the deep love or joy that most describe. Watching your video made me realize what I did wrong. When my physical discomfort set it and the purging began, I kept asking it to stop. I wasn't feeling any emotions or seeing anything related to my intentions, all I felt was intense, unbearable discomfort and I kept fighting it begging her to make it stop. I now see from your video that I should have surrendered to her and shown her my readiness to see whatever it was she wanted to show me. I lacked faith and surrender. Now that I have learned it, I will make sure I take that to my next ceremony. Thank you Ami, you are beautiful.

Your experience reminds me so much of mine, which was a different plant-medicine and five ish years ago. And I've noticed how after that absolutely healing experience I came back to my body (and before I wasn't living in the body because of the trauma of my inner child, but it's common here). And layer after layer, experience of integrating is occurring every single moment. I've realized the same thing about bringing THAT LOVE to here and now is all what's it all about. Lately I've been meeting my inner child pain, and I saw how traumatized our collective inner child is. The point is, I tend to become absorbed by 3d beliefes sometimes, and it feels terrible. Now as I'm healing after my flu, I thought what would help me to feel better? Stories. What kind of stories? People's experience with plant-medicine! That's the only thing I want to hear (as having a cold, or a, flu is distorting my perception a lot, so I tend to focus on society that I don't like, with all the bs.) So I already started watching your video a few days ago, and now felt like watching the whole thing. And it was exactly about what I wanted to hear. I just did a session last saturday. I faced some low life darkness and disfunction my mind. It was straight up miserable. But now I feel softer and less rigid. Im looking to make it an on going practice though. I need to continue to face all this shit I've suppressed all my life. Im just fed up with it.

Can confirm. First time I did the diet strictly with a smooth journey. Second and third time I didn't take the diet too seriously and the journey was more "heavy" and "cumbersome". So please do the diet.

I think it is important that you highlighted other people's experiences and to be aware of what is right for oneself. I think this comment is a good one to share. Maybe not the term "witchcraft" by the person below, but I understand what they mean by taking care of all that enters our bodies. Undergoing psychedelic experiences can be extremely liberating and also very damaging. In some cases you may not survive, just as there is a risk with all "drugs" (aka chemicals) that enter the body (e.g. natural, pharmaceutical medicines, food, alcohol, etc). The pineal gland releases DMT and can be activated without the need for plant medicine. When you undergo these levels of awakenings without any external drug use... well now that is truly life-changing. Some need these tools to help though and that is okay too. Everyone has their path to self realisation :)

Please before doing this plant, cleanse your environment (sage) and ground yourself whether it be walking barefoot in the sand or dirt, planting something, etc... prepare so you do not bring something back. I have not experienced this plant yet (although it keeps coming for me)I have experienced other natural substances that have a similar experience also my own body producing DMT, amazing and life-changing!
